Im seriously considering doing Rotary study abroad but one major thing for me is being able to snowboard, at least a few times, if not a lot (I snowboard every weekend and more at home). Is there anywhere good in S.A. to ride (with park?) if so where? (Maybe close to the bigger cities i would most likely be placed in) I am also a strict vegitarian,My only downside to going to one of these places. Would this be extremly difficult?

Any help/advice? Much appreciated  :)
