can't find that question posted anywhere... but they normally say mandetory to ride through the park... so i'd say bring it.

helmets = good
 
wear one... like mikey said, helmets are mandatory in the park at GE, so if you're riding, wear it.
 
plus if you bail, it makes it a hell of a lot easier for patrol to clean up after you!
