What!???  Bummer, I don't think I ran into you at all last season at the shop.  We popped in a few times but you weren't working.

Are you going to be close to Taos or in a different local?

I think at most Taos would be three hours.  I wouldn't be surprised if it's more like two hours.  Wolf Creek isn't that bad of a drive from Albuquerque either. Southern Colorado is pretty schweet.

I nearly moved to the Farmington area for school (that didn't happen) - I hear the San Juans have some real nice back country. Some good fly fishing too.

The backcountry in the San Juans is off the hook. Wolf Creek Pass is one of my favorite backcountry areas in the state.  Red Mountain Pass looks crazy good, I just haven't had a chance to enjoy it.  Probably going to make that happen this season.  Lot's of other super adventures you can get into.  The train from Silverton to Durango will drop you off in the middle of nowhere where you can pack into some 14ers, camp and ride for a few days.  Then hike back to the tracks and they will pick you up when they come through.  Fly fishing is just about everywhere in the Colorado mountains.

I know I am no help.  A cute girl like you should have no problem meeting peeps at the resort.  Also, you might check out TOS.  I believe there are a few New Mexicans there.

I'll be happy to ride with you down on Wolf Creek pass.  I should make it down that way this season.

Its too late now but durango does this deal for the first week of school
college riders get season passes for $230. its a ridic deal you'd be foolish not
to do it.

dont waste your time with santa fe..
its not amazing and its usually crowded unless its end season..

durango, angel fire (if you want to make the trip) and parajito (near santa fe)
are probably your best bet.

where in arizona do you live?
