Cracking P-Tex

Hey i just p-texed a big core shot on my board and now it is all cracked i am just wondering how this happened and i think it might be the ptex because it is very old but it was very flexible before i put it on my board.

Not as flexible when its cold. Just leave it until it starts coming out, then remove the rest and re-ptex it.

I have the same problem, i probably re-applied ptex like 2-3 times already. Is there a better (permanent) fix? If i remember correctly, there's something else we can use other than the ptex.

if the ptex is cracking, just get ride of it and get a new, one as it cost virtually nothing and this one will not old well.
I'm French, I am proud of it...
...but I just f*cking hate them back home!
