carpet sesh ftw.
Snowboarding is an activity that is very popular with people who do
not feel that regular skiing is lethal enough.

I always find snowboarding during the summer helps me. Check out Woodward at Copper, it's only a 8 hour drive from you.

What happen to those videos you posted of yourself?

Not sure entirely what a gainer spin is, but if it is anything like this it probably can't be learned on a carpet.

If you've access to a slope going down to a body of water, you can try to build a water-jump. You basically need a ramp, a kicker and something slippery to put on the ramp and preferably a floater-vest.

comfortable in the air. but rodeos feel really awkward and i think i have the wrong technique.

Whoa, that's a lot of inrun for an ollie

Guess the last resort is to get a proper trampoline, an old skateboard deck, some sneakers, two nails and about 15 meters of duct tape.

Just one thing, try not to fall off the trampoline while wearing the board. You'll find yourself in a world of pain

i found a solution i just ordered free samples from an astroturf website i can use for my backyard rail im thinking that would be good practice.

oh and this new company just started in ogden. called the jibyard. totally legit and only look like 30min away from my house. got a 40ft foam pit kicker. rails and what not. super stoked i just found out about it! http://www.thejibyard.com

if your willing to pay the cash Camp Of Champions its pricey but its worth it. My riding improved soo much just with 3 days up there. And if thats too much get a truck your shovels and go to the nearest ice rink out back theres sure to be some snow wait till night get some lights a generator a box and your good to go for as long as you want.

jibyard is definitely the answer dude! i've been three times now and i've gotten rediculous at jibbing! i'm a rep. for the them now so everyone come out to ogden utah. we just got a jump in that's way high tech using a real snow surface for the takeoff and rollers for the run in. you get way more air then the jump at woodward copper mountain and you learn how to use your edges. it opened on friday i went down saturday and learned rodeo 720s in an hour!

skate man!!! i learned a ton of new rail stuff this summer at my local skatepark! Also, the whole artificial turf and water thing is a waste of time. Use ice shavings from an ice skating rink on turf instead, works way better..
