Height is only important to board length if you're planning on nibbling on the nose or tail in the lift line.  AUTOMATIC MINUS-TWO STREET CRED

What's your weight?  Have you been riding before?  Where do you ride?  Also, any particular reason why you're limiting yourself to just Burton?

When you improve what kind of riding do you think you will do, Park?, Mountain?

So about 148lbs, then.

Look for something around a 150 or so, but again, it could change on where you ride, the conditions you'll expect yourself in most often, and what type of riding you think you might want to do more of when you become proficient.

I know nothing about Burton boards, but their website should at least give you a start regarding how those boards are different from one another.  I still say look at other boards, though.  No knock against Burton, but when you pay for a Burton, part of that price is because you're paying for the name, and you're likely to find equal (or better) boards for similar or cheaper prices.
