k the ratchet lever on my rome 390s broke.

theyr 09s. but i bought them online at some site called www.christysports.com... and im not really sure if the warranty covers it cause im not sure if its an authorized dealer?

i waited till the season is over to try sending them back cuz i wanted to ride them.

so yah i need some help... what do i do? like step by step? do i just send them in? or call them? the warranty is 1 year if im correct and iv had them since christmas

can i just buy a new ratchet lever???????

rome got back to me pretty quick when I broke the flad on my 09...but it took them a while to actually send the parts, so it's a good thing you had the option to wait.

alright sweet. thanks for the help. i emailed them on a gmail account instead of my hotmail account and they answered back the next day and said they could just send me some parts. thanks for the help im super stoked for this next season.
