okay so i have ankle pain my rear (right) foot. its on the inside like right on the ankle bone. i dont recall this happening with my old boots which were also dialogues. i also do not remember how often this happened prior to me breaking 3 bones in my back, but ever since that fall i have had pain in that ankle every time i ride. it's possible that i hurt it in that fall but i am not sure.

the pain is only in my right foot. it doesn't hurt right away but starts to hurt after riding for a while and once i start hitting the park and doing jumps. its bearable but its not ignorable. after riding my ankle is swollen for the rest of the night. if i continue to ride in the days following the initial day my ankle will hurt right away. when i finish riding for the weekend, my ankle will hurt for about a week and by the time it feels okay im back to riding again. when i pull up my foot like the way you would stretch your calf, i experience pain and a stretching feeling.

with the season over i dont feel the pain like i do in season. however, if i hit my inner ankle with my other ankle or put some type of weight onto it it hurts. also if i pull my foot up as far as it can go it hurts in that same area during the season.
i have yet to see dr., but i plan on doing it asap because i know the pain WILL come back as i still experience it with certain things. it is ONLY MY RIGHT FOOT.

doubt it's the boots - I have 2009 dialogues and they're the most comfortable boots I've ever worn

idk, take it good and easy during the off season and it'll probably heal up by winter.  You're only 21, so it'll probably heal on it's own...just don't mountain bike or skateboard or anything gnarly like that

I have the thirtytwo focus boa boots, and I have the same problem with my left inner ankle.
Anyway, in my opinion the pain is created because the boot does not fit my foot correctly. I mean that is not designed for the shape of my foot. It is also a boa boot with hard materials. I have decided to change boots and not try to solve the problem because it leads nowhere but to another pair of boots.
