my size 13 burton freestyle boots dont fit my l/xl 390's very well, especially in the cap strap

i am looking at some smaller footprint boots from burton (i.e. ruler/ozone)

which boots were made to go with the 390's?

thx

only ~170 days til its snowin again  :-)

I'm not too familiar with the 390's, but did you move the heelcups all the way back?  Do the cap straps have screwholes, allowing you to adjust their length?

you're basically limited to stuff that specifically says reduced footprint / shrinkage tech
Etiquette? Is that some sort of toilet paper?

i saw that question raised on another forum, im pretty sure i did, i went through each step of the the directions sheet

i should rephrase, my boots are too wide in them, the sole has to lay exactly in the footbed or im stepping on the binding frame, the cap strap goes around my boot but pinches/dents part of the boot when i crank em down

no matter, my boots just dont fit the binder well

i wanna know what boots were made for the 390's

i realize now how well my burton freestyle boots fit the freestyle bindings, they were cheap but when stuff fits together its worth it

i believe the burton shrinkage tech boots have a narrower profile than the stock freestyles

i'm not sure; i don't have the exact measurements of the boots or bindings

32? i do know that a size 10 lashed (i think) has about the same footprint (width-wise) as a size 8 k2 darko

and obviously, rome boots were made for rome bindings
