Anywhere good and CHEAP to stay around a-basin? Like 20 mile radius I did a little research but figured some locals might know of a few gem hotels that are cheap.  I am coming in mid May so it hopefully wont be peak season. Thanks

It's definitely not anywhere close to peak season.  It's mud season.  Everywhere should be on off season rates by then.  Keystone-Dillon is going to be the closest to A-Basin.  I'd look in those areas and give the hotels a call.
If there is a more pointless place to argue than the web...
I don't know about it.

The Inn at Keystone has some decent rates and the best rooftop jacuzzi
