So I bought a Dakine Pro2 pack for my gear and general use, and loved it with the exception of one thing - the buckles wouldnt strap thhe board in a verticle position when the pack was full. So I emailed dakine with photos and an explanation, and they shipped out 3 sets of buckles.

Wrong size, my bad. I sent them an email with proper dimensions. They sent me the right buckles with stickers, no hesitation. That was all good as it was all I asked. I was gonna make a strap and make it an extension.

Then I get an email from another official at dakine. He says he wants to send me a proper extension strap. So he does and I got it today, along with some massive stickers, and 3 awesome die-cuts.

So this is a +1 for dakine. Great quality products, even better customer support.

I've bought a bunch of dakine stuff (2 sets gloves and travel board bag) = all very good. 

I've had the same dakine pack for like 5-10 years and it still looks like new. Maybe I'll get some of their luggage too. Even though it costs more. Because I kinda trust them more than JanSport haha

i heart dakine. got 4 dakine packs; blade, heli and 2 apex and also the rolling snowboard bag. great quality and very well designed. got some of there gloves too, the mustangs are good there powder gloves are meh, i like my burton ones better. there mountain bike gloves are awesome.

been looking at their MTB gloves and I almost pulled the trigger on one of their hydration packs the other day on chainlove but I was too late.

other than my issues with my cobra gloves, i've had nothing but good experiences with dakine.  and even with my shitty gloves, i'm willing to give them another chance.  cool story.
