What is everyone's favourite quote of all time?

I'll start:

"People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid"
Soren Aabye Kierkegaard

"I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

In three words
I can sum up
everything I've
learned about
life - it goes on.

Atheism is a non-prophet organization.
Why is it called "legally drunk" if you can get a ticket?

Not my favorite quote, but it makes me laugh. Plus Winston Churchill was an all around thug.

Bessie Braddock: "Sir, you are a drunk!"
Winston: "Madam, you are ugly. In the morning I shall be sober."

another good one is

Nancy Astor: " Sir, if you were my husband, I would give you poison."
Winston: "If I were your husband, I'd take it."

You know what tonight is?
Yeah the night I'm downloading porn at 14 kilobytes a second!
Ha! I'm just kidding. I got a cable modem back here.
