12-16 ft base at Mammoth? 40 inches in 24 hrs lake tahoe area? ok, pass the goods on already, can people even make it to the mountain or what? :-)

yeah well up here in bc we got a late start and then a 20-40cm dump once a month

ah, its more like 36" in Lake Tahoe, but who's counting.
 
Actually, all day yesterday in the shop, all I heard from people was "There was too much powder" Definitely true for Heavenly, the roads were closed both ways to Kirkwood...so if you were at Kirkwood, it was probably awesome. they had around 48 inches.

we even got 21 inches out of this storm and I'm down here way below dodge ridge and even badger.  Today was even better than those "big dump" pics I posted because the base was better and it wasn't too deep.  I can't imagine it getting any better here, but this season is the best we've had in three years...might get more

Shit I can't wait for mammoth on 420!
I hope the conditions stay nice.... I want a powder day where chair 13 and 14 are open!
