Sup all? I'm not going to be able to get out to my timeshare this year. I have March 21-28 (Saturday to Saturday) available, aka Spring Break every year. This year, I'm looking to rent it out.

The timeshare is in Skier's Edge, a hotel resort in Blue River, 5 minutes south of Breckenridge, just off of route 9. The unit I own is an efficiency studio. This means its one big room and has a kitchen area attached to it. There's a queen bed and a queen sized pullout couch bed. The room sleeps 4 people.

The lodge itself has an olympic size pool, jacuzzi, pool table, arcades, a lounge with a tv and a fireplace. I was told they were adding free wifi into the lodge for all rooms and public areas too. They have full-size lockers for rent that you can lock up all your boards and equipment in, so it doesnt get in the way in the room.

Its nice and close to Breck, as well as A Basin and Keystone. Copper and Vail aren't far away either.

I'm renting it for pretty cheap for the week - $1000 for the week. Grab 3 other people and its like $36/per person per night.

Shoot me an email if you're interested. Looking for people that aren't going to cause problems at the lodge and in turn cause me grief.
