Think twice before you use ski-insurance.com.au

There agents are unable to give you straight answers, when gear is stolen, you have gone everything by the book they will not cover you. you get hurt they will not cover you stay clear of these gypies. Pay a bit more and go with a company that will cover you when things go wrong. it's great to be on the over side of the world with no clothes, no gear no passport and your insurance turns out will not cover thief unless it's at gun point.

As for injuries it's great to be on the other side of the world again with a broken back and your insurance company will not cover you for treatment. even thought the injury was done at a resort, in bounds (no park) and patrol had to c-spine you off the mountain.

I thought last year when I had all of my stuff stolen and they wouldn't cover any of the $5000 in gear taken was bad, till this year I get hurt and yeah. I spent over 2g for insurance from them and I'd have the same cover if I had no insurance.

Ski-Insurance.com.au = gypies

Why did you spend $2000 for a year's policy?

My friends got full comprehensive for $800. Me? Just over $200 for 3 months.

And how did $5000 worth of gear get stolen without you noticing?

how do you loss $5000 in gear? you travel to an event while waiting for you bus connection you need to use the washroom. there is no where you can tie, hide or bolt you bags down and they will not fit in the cubical with you. you use the washroom and hear a car. the time it has taken to piss and wash hands the bags are gone. that fast, that easy.

why did I spend $2000 for a 12 month policy? it was meant to cover me world wide including competing in Big Mountain.
Policies that are $800 will not cover you for competition and not Big Mountain as some events we have heli for super finals. a lot of policies will not cover you if you get hurt and used a heli or cat to get up the top
