whose hitting up chamonix?

im here now until the 27th then i head out to morzine until the 4th and then back to Paris :(

Shit not going to be able to get there that short noice, would love to though, While your in Morzine might be worth looking up angelo as he lives just over the mountian in Switzerland, so should be easy enough for him to arrange a date to catch up with for a shred.

What's the word for Chamonix these days? A group of us are thinknig of coming over and riding Chamonix and Les Arcs arond the feb/march cusp. How's avi conditions and the snow pack these days?

At that time last year there was a minimal avi risk, although a few people died the week I was out there.  The snow wasn't too bad, but only one area was ridable down to the bottom lift, the other two were lift down only.

Hopefully there's more snow this year. Wasn't it a bad year for European snow last year?
