Anyone in the toronto area interested in doing some local stuff? I know there are a ton of hills to build decent kickers on just outside the GTA.

I'm up at bayview & finch and have the car till just after 2pm on weekdays, and whenever on weekends. Can't board, but I'll happily snap some photos and help build stuff. Could be fun if anyone has time and is bored.

Oh I don't blame you, maybe when there is a good foot of fluffy powdery fun to land in?

I think last year when I started this stuff, it was after my third official day of riding, we were pulling 180's and 360's [unsuccessfully for me] off a 20 foot kicker and the landing ramp was just coated in a foot of powder so landing on your ass was like jumping in a foam pit.

Come february though I think I'll be back to work, so it will be limited to weekends.

I did that last year w/ a friend of mine. We went to don mills and finch i think it was. There was some large tobaggan hill and we just made a 5foot ramp and did jumps off it. Even though we fell most of the time it was fun. Only thing is making a ramp is hard work for 2 people.

I'd be down if there's ever any snow.

I actually put together this pretty ghetto ramp that works but needs to be stabilized.
