 all that is are the second gen of consoles ( ie: ones with hdmi output as well as the other video outputs )

 

 smaller processors = less heat duh

Hello All,

I had received the 3 Red Rings Of Death two weeks ago and sent it in
to get repaired. SO i get it back today excited to play CoD:WaW. But guess what
I turn my apparently "Brand New Xbox" according to a Microsoft agent, has the 3 Red Rings of Death.
And no it is still the same xbox same serial number same problem. Microsoft put your fucking brain
into function.

Im pretty fucking sick of the xbox customer service. My ordeal with them:

 

I live between Tahoe and Avery. Avery is where my parents house is, and until this winter starts up, I have been staying in Avery to go to school. So the xbox breaks in July. I call to get it warrentied. They tell me they are sending the shipping label and all that bullshit. So, a few weeks roll by and no label. So I call them back. They say the same thing and no label.

 

I ended up just buying another xbox, since the other one was only part mine, I just decided to buy a new one. So, I finally call them about the xbox again and the fucking bastard who answers tells me that the whole reason they couldnt send it out is because my adress isnt verified. I give them my adress again, and they tell me that it isnt showing up. They ask me if I have another adress, I say no, this is the adress I have had for years, I had had fedex and UPS ship here with no problem for the last ten years. He starts arguing with me basically telling me I dont know my own adress, and says it is coming up as something different in the computer. I told him his computer system is a piece of shit. So after about 2 hours of this, he finally says, alright I will just force it though.

 

A week later still nothing. I call back and ask to speak to a supervisor. I get ahold of him, and he starts arguing with me about my adress just like the other lame. They ask if there are any friends or family I could send it to, I say no, they all live in this area and would have the same issue. So, I argue with this douche bag for an hour before he says I can take the box to a UPS store. I get the fucking label, take it up there.

 

Two weeks pass, and I get an email from xbox saying that I need to send out my xbox becuse they have not recieved it yet. I call them up, and they dont know where it is. I am on the phone for a hour before they are like "oh, yeah, we found it, dont worry" Two more weeks pass, and they finally send it back to me. Altogehter, I started the claim on July 28th, and just recieved the xbox a week ago.

 

So, if you live in a rural area, xbox verification program can fuck up on your adress. So, that is the issue with their program if you guys run into it. Seriously I was about to sell the xbox and buy a playstation. Especailly since the new xbox I bought while waiting scratches cds and randomly fucks up.

 

Fuck you Xbox. Fuck you Microsoft

I called and they tried telling me i had to pay 100 dollars for a defective product...
