hey guys maybe in the next 2 seasons i wanna do some heliboarding. i am not an expert boarder. i can do black runs with confidence. i was wondering is there any thing i should be practicing before a tempting it. like i said it wont for the next 2 or 3 seasons.
or am i over my head.

About the best bit of advice is to try to book the heli with a group of friends with similar interests and riding ability. Otherwise snowvols is dead on about how heli guides operate.
If there is a more pointless place to argue than the web...
I don't know about it.

i agree, try to book up the whole heli otherwise you will be stuck catering to the lowest level rider in the group, which sucks if it isn't you and if it is you you will most likely have a heli full of angry people. i'd say practice powder and ungroomed terrain, no groomers in the backcountry

go to the gym and work on leg endurance in the off-season so you dont get bagged half way through your heli week
