To the right of the video on YouTube, there's that grey box with the subscribe button and the description of the video etc etc.. there's a box that says "embed" there. Copy what's in that box and paste it in here, in the HTML format tab.

If the video isn't on the YouTube site, the embed code comes up after the video plays..
