hey does anyone know anything about the sandbox helmets they look like they are made by capix

yeah i was just reading about them on an aussie forum,
 
someone was saying how everyone in whistler is wearing them, they said that they are kayak helmet, i does look like the capix peak hat i see a heap of people wearing at the cable wake park i go to.

They're different than the Capix ones, these have a shorter peak. Good helmet though.... pretty low pro but comfy with the righ bandana. Got mine in Whis.

no these helmets are made by predator. yes, like everyone i know from and who rides in whistler pretty much has one. they also have the same helmets with a westbeach logo on them. they're pretty dope mellow things comfortable, light, (no vents) one size fits all so most wear a toque or a something underneath them.
they're cheap too, if you don't buy them from a shop or from sandbox

personally i dont really like them,  i dont like predator helmets very much at all and would suggest looking at giro or bern, bern has some pretty sick designs from tjs if your looking for something a bit different.
ill must mirror everyone eles and say everyone i know in whistler has one, even though i only know 1 person with this cap.

yah i ordered it and got it it is very cool and comphy and on the back it says it is a helmet for canoeing and water sports

theres sm/med and lrg/xlg. We didnt get the green in the lrg/xlg so mine now has the padding removed... seems like a bad idea considering its already not passed certain safety standards. They are rad as hell, and if worn with proper goggle gap, and bad as crap.
