obama will win the nomination through his superdelegate support, and he'll crush john mccain in november.

tanner, would you vote for obama instead of mccain?

I just can't understand, hillbilly gun toter, or not, how somebody could want McCain to fullfill Bush's 3rd fuckin' term. This country has gone to shit because of Bush, plain and simple. Change has to happen. If Ron Paul was in the race, I'd say fine, he's got different views than Bush and will make a DIFFERENCE. But McCain!!?? He's the same dude! Something needs to change and drastically. We can't keep going the same way.

With Bush's approval rating at a whopping 27 to 28%, I don't see McCain beating out Obama. And I don't see Hilary beating out Obama either. It will be nice to see something different in the whitehouse. Let's all hope he can get the wheels of change in motion and see if this country can't pull it's self out of shit creek. If McCain gets voted in, we're gonna stay in shit creek, and we have no paddles. For god's sake, just give us a paddle to get the fuck out.

Lakia, you've got a pretty narrow view from a very small population, in a blue state. No offense to you, but you're vote doesn't do much. There's no way McCain will come out a winner in WA state. You'd be better off voting Nader, or for that matter, Obama.

funny you should mention that, newt gingrich has been saying the same thing...

but of course, the republican neo-cons refuse to listen to anyone....

By Boehner
“And frankly, we have been standing up for the right things that the American people want us to.”

Just because you say you're doing the right thing, doesn't MAKE it the right thing. And what the fuck are they doing that the American people want. As far as I can tell, the approval on this war is LOW. The American public wants the gas crisis fixed. The American public wants the credit crisis resolved. The American public wants the economy fixed. The American public wants a change. The Republican party isn't doing anything the American public wants.

Stubborn view points of close minded people. It sucks that I have to vote among people like that. And that 9 times out of ten, my choices of politicians are exactly that - stubborn people with closed minds. I don't mind opposing view points. But the refusal to see things from another person's perspective is getting old. Sticking to my guns, is getting old. And I'm pretty sure my feelings are the majority at this point.

^^^I wasn't clear... you said everyone around here was for Ron Paul. But everyone around you is the minority of this State. Ron Paul in, I still think WA state would elect Obama, and the electoral college would go to him.

Ahhh, but I can play the same card you play with Bush vs Kerry. The alternative to Gregoire was far worse as Dino Rosi is a complete and utter deusch bag. But you wouldn't know much of the guy being on the other side of the state and not really knowing the shit that guy does. He is shady. You only heard what he wanted you to hear.

And to be honest, while I don't fully agree with everything Gregoire has done, WA state is one of the better states to live in out of the states. I can't say that Bush has done a similar job with the US.

However, I do wish the entire legislation and Sonics organization did a better job keeping the team in Seattle. It will be a shame to see them go.

its a great state to live in. Horrible state to own a business in. All politicians are douchebags man, but at least rosi isnt a fucking cunt like gregiore, i dont know dude, her spending tax dollars on trying to win and trying to get the soldiers absentee ballots to be invalid, the immediate raising of taxes, california emission laws (your car costs you 2500 dollars more a year thanks to that), the business taxes, the fucking death tax.

i know you can say the same thing about the kerry bush deal, but dude, my vote didnt even count that election, haha, really, my vote basically went to kerry even though he still lost.

As for the sonics, not a huge basket ball fan, but that does suck they are leaving, ah well, im sure seattle will get another pro basketball team. Shit i remmeber when they were talking about mving to them redmon or something wasnt it?

Down to Renton. Either way, they'd still be here, Renton is just south of Seattle.

just admit this for me, you know you would rather have gary locke than gregiore. i know that being on this side of the state keeps us a bit out of the political loop because we dont have olympia right there.....you know we should have a thread dedicated to you and i so we can bitch about eachothers side of the state, haha.

Try living in Clark county.....the state of Washington thinks of us as "Portlanders" while Oregon won`t give us the time of day.

If my choice is between Locke and Gregoire, I'd take Locke. But I'd rather not have Locke, Gregoire OR Rosi. I'd like better choices. WA state isn't that bad for small businesses. My bro and his wife own a salon downtown Seattle. My sister in law on my wife's side has a wax bar in Ballard. My other bro is about to open up his own restaraunt (in Ballard... God's country friends... God's country ). All of them are doing really well. And Seattle and it's surrounding cities, which are many, are awesome for internet and tech start up companies. They're every where. We're not the perfect state, but of all of them, WA state has it's shit together. We are taxed on some dumb ass shit though. But all in all, I ain't movin' anywhere. We're like AM/PM Lakia... TOO MUCH GOOD STUFF!

Wolf... Clark county, isn't that in Oregon!! Just kidding. I though you lived in Oregon. I guess I should assume. Now I gotta check out your pro to see where you live. I'll guess maybe somewhere around Vancouver.
