This is one of those quiz things... "Should you get a new job"

My score:
Your Job Satisfaction Level: 82%
Your job is nearly perfect - you've totally lucked out!
You like what you do, who you work for, and the people you work with.
And it seems like the job you have will eventually get you the job you want.
So enjoy what you've got. You've landed the ideal job!

Your Job Satisfaction Level: 43%
Your job is about average. There are some parts you really enjoy, and some parts that stress you out.
It's possible that you need a small change. Maybe you should switch companies or positions.
It's also possible that you're simply burned out. No job is perfect, even a great one.
Give yourself a personal day to think about your career goals - and if your current job is helping you achieve them.

My job stinks butt!

Your Job Satisfaction Level: 69%
Your job is pretty good, even if it always doesn't seem like it.
You have a lot less stress than most people, and your work environment is definitely above average.
So if you love what you're doing, keep doing it. It doesn't get a lot better than this.
But if you're in a dead end job, you may want to move on. Because if you're not advancing, it's just not worth it.
Not too bad I guess, considering I'm self employed. lol

I love my job, I hate my boss - he's totally UNFAIR and a complete flake. He's more like an old whiny woman instead of a manager that needs to make decisions and manage people.

Mine is 90%, but if you ask me about my last job it would be around 20%. What a difference a few months make, i was ready to quit the company and start over somewhere else. It also goes to show what a difference a good boss makes on your job satisfaction. New boss= very smart and a good leader. Old boss= a complete moron.

Not only does your job stink, but you're probably also in the wrong career field.
There's nothing worse then dreading that alarm clock every morning.
Your work doesn't have to be your life, but you should at least enjoy it.
It's time to try something very different. After all, you have nothing to lose!
...which is why I'm changing careers, packing up the plantation, & heading south, to the mountains!!!!!

I think there is plenty of room at some out of way places with some of the best world class snowboarding under the radar.  Like say Missoula...

Missoula? That places sucks for riding...the hill is low elevation (ie...rain...not snow) and it's south facing...(ie ice, not powder).

I'd try a higher, more north facing place...like Big Sky or SLC...yeah...that's where I'd move to...

Too bad this thing doesn't have a "do you work from home" category. Because I do that 4 times out of the week, which will probably bump the satisfaction rate to 120%.. lol.
