would rather go with schnaps made of the Zirbe tree ...

anyway the following page should help you in case the county of Salzburg is your destination

I snowboarded Flachau twice to winters ago.  Its about 1 hour south of Innsbruck.  Pretty cool, but I was just learning.  Last winter I went to Ischgl twice.  Its in western Austria.  I would highly recommend that.  You can buy the multi-day resort pass to ski at Ischgl (Austria) and the the other side of the mountain Samnaun (Switzerland).  I would guess it takes about 3-5 days to see everything.

Anyone ever boarded soelden? Im going there for spring break and would like to know a little bit more about. I hear the town gets pretty wild after the sun goes down, can anyone speak for that?

I second the Stroh!! Heehee.. and if you end up anywhere near Mayrhofen, give me a shout, I know that place far too well!
(Ok, just realised how long ago this was posted but nevermind..)

It is not the mountain that we conquer, but ourselves.

well as far as i know, there won't be much snowboarding-related stuff to do, i even went and looked at my pleasure event list (it's an austrian snowboarding magazine) and there's nothing going on after april.
