Hey everybody.

i have no idea what-is going on with my feet this season. My feet have been going numb after an hour or two of riding. it feel's like like they fall asleep. Numb, tingly, heavy.

I know im not tying my boots to tight. Could it be that im tightening my bindings to much?

Ive been riding for almost a decade and this is the first season it's happened to me.

Hmmm. it could be overtightening of the binding like you mentioned, but you have been riding long enough to know how much to tighten. Are your socks (the elastic part) super tight? sometimes after awhile this can cause the foot to go numb. Other than that, you may want to look at this from a medical point of view. You may be developing circulation issues. Are you having trouble more with cold hands and feet that you used to? I am experiencing hypertension and I notice circulation issues.

How many days have you got in your boot?

When at home put your boots on tie them up as normal stand up straight in the boot.  Is your toe just touching the end?  Bend at the ankle and the knee while standing flat does your toe pull just a hair back from the end?  Now stand shoulder width apart and roll side to side in the boot.  Does your foot move then initiate the side of the boot so that it rolls on its side?  Or does it move with the foot all as one?
f*ck the rest die like the Best!

I am having the same problem, I downsized from a 13 to a 12 this season.  The boot fits perfect, got it molded with toe packs and couldnt be happier.  But every now and then my foot goes really numb, then it goes away the run after.

Did you get new boots this season?

Shut up and Ride.
