Just watched the Haakonsen factor, which had amazing riding for its time.  A lot of those shots would have fit right in with this years video parts.

Have you heard of Torrents? I searched it on two Torrent sites and had the choice of several copies.

I just checked out the premiere of Absinthe's READY in SLC.  It was pretty good but I was expecting more, the backcountry riding was amazing, particularly Jearmy Jones' part.  There were some good street scenes also but not much park riding.  After seeing a few trailers for Thats It Thats All I'm guessing that will be my new fav. POP is also high on my list.

What can I say, the good old Robotfood production is still the best I've seen so far =)

Optimistic is a really good film.

But really the best ones are the Robotfood series.  Afterbang, Lame and Afterlame...seriously the best most fun snowboard films to watch.

after bang is probably still my favorite
and lots of stuff from wildcats
keep it steezy

I recon the Billabon film Lines is tops its all big mountain riding but I just keep watching it, I think its by the Absithe Crew. The other one I really want to see is Thats It Thats All, the Trailer looks epic.

I just downloaded and watched That's It That's All from iTunes. I thought it was pretty sweet. I'd recommend everyone to check it out.

i've got... wait.. correction, i got kendra... thats it thats all.
the filming was great.  it was like it was a snowboard video done by planet earth.  really high quality footage.  only an hour and a bit, so a bit short, but lots of stuff in the bonus section... haven't seen it all yet.  just good riding and great landscapes.... i'm not big on rail/park stuff, so it was nice.. mostly backcountry and booters out there.
haikus are easy

Marco étoile filante

An interesting movie about one of the most intense snowboarders ever to live....and die.
No kickers, half pipes, or spinin n' winnin...just mountains...very, very BIG mountains.

After a year i finally found a You Tube video with Marco Siffredi in it...this is pretty much a clip from Marco étoile filante.

Check out the sick line from 3:00 on...what a freakin baller.

Hmmm...the embed didn't seem to work (surprise!) so here's the youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bd3_b8raTEM

Some insane lines around Chamonix as well as parts of him being the first snowborder to ride Everest...wtih out taking his gear off and hiking parts of it.

Out Cold... by far. Not the best snowboarding, not the best acting, not even a great story  (just Casablanca set up in the hills). So much fun to watch, and its probally in my top 20 of all time movies.
