fo real here, I see a lot of you guys don't wear helmets, who are actually the smart people that do?
I mean I can do a lot of shit but why NOT wear a helmet when basically anything can happen...
so... who wears helmets!???

I wear a Capix helmet.
Duno if its considered a helmet
its fuckin light so its dope.. but I can't wear other helmets.
its not a style issue.. its that they weigh a shitload.

Probalby cause it could save your life, REAL stupid.
Helmet saved my ass tonight, landed on my back and hEAd so hard. And it hurt. But i had a helmet. so sall good.

I really wish I could buy my own helmet. I don't feel anymore confident with one on, but I have too much ahead of me to hit my head and fuck things up. I realized how nice a helmet was back last Sunday when I did this rail jam and I ended up not doing a full rotation off a handrailbox and basically smashed my face in to the snow haha. But the helmet kept me from hitting my face so that was awesome.
It is a money issue, too. As is a "trying shit on" issue. I would buy a helmet off Ebay, but I'm not quite sure what size I am in terms of helmets, or if the helmet would be too heavy for me (I have a pretty skinny/long neck so I'm pretty sure I can't really support a heavy assed helmet.)

Yeah, exactly. It's really hard to find helmets around here, ironically enough, but maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough. Next season I'm pretty sure I'll invest in a good one.

How is wearing a helmet saying you're a fag? Just because I don't want to go braindead because of some freak accident that could happen to anyone I'm uncool?
My mom works at a hospital and has had a lot of people go through there with major head injuries from not wearing a helmet snowboarding. Most people at my hill wear helmets. It's no big deal around here. It's saved my ass a couple times. I've taken some hits that made my head hurt even with the helmet. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't had it on.

i personally wear a helmat because A) its warm B)keeps goggles in place C) gives me confidence to hit anything D) they dont look all that bad E)after having concussions, helmats seem like a great idea F) i bet youve never hit anything thats big enough to need a helmat for=
