anyway. 

heres a few tips. 

always adress her by her name. people love hearing their name. it will make her feel like your attention is fully on her while you two are talking. 

compliment her. notice little things she does, like the way she wears her hair. complimenting her shoes is always a good idea, girls love shoes and they want people to notice them. 

make her laugh. if you can make her laugh the rest is easy. 

girls love to talk. so talk to her. find things that both of you have in common and talk about them. its not as hard as it seems. 

use corny lines like "whats cookin good lookin?" i always use that one. its a keeper.

when its time to ask her out. you dont have to make it a date. dates are harder then just simply hanging out. but dont ask her if she wants to hang out. make plans. like going out to eat. going to the movies. and ask her "hey ____, want to go to the movies friday" 

another suggestion, go with a group of friends. you will be less pressured to entertain her by yourself. and also, if you find its not going as well as you thought there will be other peoiple around so it isnt an awkward silence fest for the remainder of the date. im sure it will go great. after chilling with her a few times and you two know eachother pretty well, then you will be more comfortable with her and you can ask her out on a real date.

and finally, be confident in yourself. you are a great person. dont go changing. you dont need to be a liquid model and star football player to get the ladies, you just gotta be genuine.

yea thats the thing, getting to talk to her/know her is the part im really stuck at... everytime im around her i freeze i guess.

Go to the mall and talk to 10-20 random girls.  Will get your confidence up and get you more used to talking to girls you don't know.  All these tips people are giving are helpful and all that but confidence is still the thing that makes all of those tips shine.

well just compliment her. its easy. you dont need to be her best friend to do it. and you will get her attention.

its not easy being confident in yourself. for me. i work at a summer camp and there are atleast five 12-15 year old girls there every week that are obsessed with me. i mean these girls write my name in perminant marker on their bunks with hearts around it. one girl made me a shrine. a couple more kissed my picture at night before they went to sleep. im not sure how she got a picture of me. creepy. but flattering. now thats a major confidence booster. but i believe in you. you can do it!

just dont act like your nervous. be smooth. act like your giving a compliment to a friend.

At a party all you need to do is smack her ass, then walk away.

A little later you do the same. Do this a couple more times. Then you go and turn her so she's facing you and you start making out and ask if she would like to get it on!

This shit actually worked for him though! Never tried it myself but if you want to............let me know how it goes.
