In Switzerland it's tradition that Santa comes on 6 December. He either brings you nuts, chocolates, mandarines and cookes if you've been a nice child or a wooden rod if you've been naughty. Anyway. Santa just walked past my office window and I waved at him. He then waited for me and gave me a mandarin, saying I deserved it because I always smiled friendly at the people who parked their bikes and rollers in front of my office window. Isn't that sweet? I feel really proud now, like a little girl ;o)

A QUESTION THAT NATURALLY comes to mind when something goes wrong is “Why?” But it’s a question fraught with danger. Research has repeatedly shown that the human brain is designed to answer a question with whatever knowledge it has (no matter how little) and come up with a plausible answer (however wrong).
Since your mind will try to answer any question you put to it, the kind of question you ask makes a big difference. So ask what you really want to know: “How can I avoid this problem in the future?” Or “How can I make things a little better?” Let your mind go wild on one of those questions. The answers will be more productive.
With how, you go straight for a useful answer. You avoid getting sidetracked into what can become an endless search for “understanding.” With how your answers lead to actions. And it is actions that solve problems and produce real change.

Last week my sister and me had a fab time - as usual ... but have you ever been driven home by the police after they found out that you actually shouldn't be driving anymore...? Well, we weren't actually driving when they held us up, but my sis actually inteded to... Well, in the end they drove us home - in our car and a blue and white was following to take the other cop back to the station. Now how cool is that?

This is gonna be a biiiiig party weekend. Albanifäscht and Arosa Revival Party... which means the crowd from Arosa will hook up in Zurich and instead of hot drinks in the snow and "après ski" we'll have a BBQ by the lake, lots of drinks and will talk about winter alllll the time. Or about surfing. I hope.

Spent the weekend at the 24 ore di Mendrisio, at the aerobics event.... I took Body Attack, Life Combat, Fitboxing, Yoga, Body Combat and Salsa.... so after all that Martial Gym my right hook is meaner than ever... ;-)
Had a great time though - the party was not without ;O)
