i got a new tv today...it's awesome. my old tv looks dwarfed compared to the new one.

thanks to my work that hooked me up with an old bar tv...it sure made my day.

so hil and i were at the gym this week and theresa was showing us some arm exercises to do with the free weights...when suddenly i announced "i want the gain without the pain" then theresa cut my dream short by telling me that wasnt possible.

way to crush my hopes and dreams. geez.
