Well its time to start getting a little more arty on this damn profile. so (when ever we find  the time) we are going to start profiling some of our favorite artist. this first one happens to be a friend and a snowboarder and he just so happens to be one of my favorites. corey smith

Corey Smith is a painter and photographer, who resides in Portland, Oregon. Through his masterful use of contour, Smith’s high gloss ultra-flat paintings cleverly capture the joys of plasticity, absurd recreation, and the fall out of the pre-manufactured American Dream. Smith’s candid photographs are memorials to the joys of thoughtless reasoning. They celebrate the spontaneity of humanity and youthful self-destruction.
