Puppy Reunion.

Nic and I picked Lexa up yesterday, and I swear she is the cutest dog EVER!
This is her in her favourite sleeping position!
She loves walks in the village, and she learned a good lesson today. She went up to an older dog and nipped it, and the dog bit back.

Lexa is our new puppy, she will be joining our home early in June.
Her daddy is and Alaskan Malamute and her mummy is a Chocolate lab, she is one spunky pup!
Today I had my final interview in Vancouver with immigration, I signed a piece of paper, the lady stamped my passport and that was it!
I became a resident of Canada!!!!
April 19 immigration approved my residency application!
though it will still be a few more months until it is all finalised, but still YAY!!!!
Bessie got put down today.
At the ripe old age of 13, Bessie was my stepdad's dog and best friend to my dog Heidi. Both golden labradors and the best dogs you could ever have.
Heidi will join Bessie in doggy heaven next week. Mum is waiting for my sister to return from america to say goodbye.

Today I got my work permit in the mail! HOORAY!
I dont have my cell phone and it sucks ass! my whole life is in that phone!
ok its an exaggeration, but everyones numbers are in it! AHHHHHHH
I left it in a friends car and she has gone to Victoria for 6 days!
I didnt realise how addicted i was to my cell phone until it was gone.
I didnt have it with me when nic and i were in vancouver, and i realised how much safer i feel when i have it on me. especially when nic is walking me through a sketchy part of town at night (i'm a small town girl)
hopefully it turns up in the mail today!
Colleen and I drinking Hennesey with Eric from the Alkaholiks.
They invited us "backstage" before the show, being the back bar at Garfs.
we were a bit unsure about joining them at first, but free booze!
WHo is going to turn down drinking free Hennesey with rap stars!

So colleen and i went GT'ing last night, Pepa towed up behind his car all through White Gold and Tapleys, it was so much fun! The snow was so deep at times we were both pretty much buried, can't see! can't breathe!
It was really fun unitl we were nearly in Alta Vista and oopsie! Pepa ended up in a ditch and Colleen and i kissed the bumper!
Well it was fun while it lasted!

Today I went golfing.....
Colleen, Pepa Nic and I all went golfing in Squamish today
Nic and I got to use our new Christmas presents today for the first time, my new clubs are SWEET

Do any of you have a "word" or several "words" that just make you go ARG? I have a bunch of them, but a new word has just entered my ARG vocabulary.... BLOG. Dont ask why, but i realised today that word kinda pisses me off! That is all
Happy New year all, I hope you all had a sweet night, I spent my night babysitting as usual. No point partying since Nic was working and everyone else was too.
Though I am kinda pissed that I didnt get a tip, well i got $5 which is pretty frickin lousy for New Years eve.
I had a pretty sweet Christmas though, Santa spoiled me, I got a set of golf clubs and a digital camera, just what i asked for.

It's Christmas eve and it's pissing with rain, all the snow in the village has been washed away.
it totally sucks.
Especially since Nic his brother's and I are sending his parents on a sleigh ride for christmas!

The best new thing about this version 2.0 is the friends request thing.
It is kinda wierd seeing your name on peoples friends lists and you have no clue who they are.
Anyways today is going to suck ass, I have to go to the spirit course for my season pass today, four hours of sitting in a room learing about whistler.

Colleen and I are the biggest dorks in Whistler!
YUP
we spent the whole of our friday night riding the village shuttle up to the Marriott and GT'ing down to the base of Blackcomb!
But we had the best time EVER!
However earlier that evening we were testing out our super cool crazy carpets and Colleen had a little accident due to a major design flaw in the crazy carpet: LACK OF STEERING
she ended up in a creek and dragged an innocent bystander with her.
now that's halarity!
