pretty much healthy!

shoulder is all healed up, hip is like 90% better. i've been riding around, hitting handrails and whatnot, check the photos from my first real handrail sessions at oscvi and harrison park in my gallery.

checked out that rail yet? - im hitting a dope object tomorrow. actually, today now. its like.. i dunno its weird, you ride down this hill, then theres a little 4 foot drop, then a gap over a concrete barrier onto another concrete barrier.. should be some sick footy though
