i know you didn't ask.. but my vote is on whistler. i've been to nearly every ski resort in north america, and whistler is best for parties, people, terrain and set up.  its expensive but easy to get everywhere. work for the mountain so you get a free pass and enjoy. oh btw you'll fit right in half the town in the winter is kiwi's and aussies in the summer lots of britts.

whistler....by far, no better place here . i fukin love it there. party/central, and the 2 biggest boarding mountains in the country. snows amazing, the ppl are awesome and we got a lot of aussies working up there. its about 2.5 hours up the west coast from vancouver. no question about it, if ur gona come to canada, u cant pass up on whistler, vacancies hard to come by but if u can find a decent place its worth it take my word

how are you? hi my names damien, i just got started on snowboard.com and want to come to new zealand this year and i heard that there is a field called snowpark. i looked it up on the www and it looks awsome is it worth coming over for the season? nice pictures by the way, are you wakeboarding on the ocean or a lake? looking forward to a reply.
