Finally checked out the Silverstar park yesterday.  Didn't really get to ride it though - 2nd run through crashed hard onto my lower back.  Dumb-ass me.  Tried to ride down but almost passed out.  Yet another ride down in the meatwagon and ambulance.  Gotta stop doing this.  Laughing gas helped a bit.  Hospitals still suck.  Ended up tearing all the muscles on the left side of my lower back - very much alive though.
 
So season's done a bit early.  But usually happens this way.  Just hope I can start work in 3.5 weeks.  Can hobble around slowly but feels like I dislodged a kidney.  Could be a lot worse though.  I'm still a lucky little shi*t.  Lindsay and Jess G. thanks for all your help.  Troy thanks for getting ski patrol . . .
 
Now, what to do for pain relief - so many options.

it's crunch time...last couple days of school then BAM, exams! they hit you just like that too...I actually have a final today for english, and then my "real" exams start on wednesday, yay!

Sheena, what the hell?  Injuring yourself is so not in right now.  Sheesh.  Ok, I'm kidding, but sad to hear you're hurt - heal quickly!  So what are you going to do this summer?  I'm getting  car within the next week, so if you're in K-town, I should come up and visit in the summer and we can get great sun tans and whatnot - horray!

hey sheeeena. well.. here is the story. so i arrive home on april 7th just in time for the mountain to close.. but.. because i'm going to be home for the whole summer i have 2 suitcases full of clothing..and no room for shred gear.. so i'm pretty much ready for summer.. my winter sucked.. but next winter is going to be way better.. cause i'm refusing to work weekends.. haha so i'll get to shred alll the time! yup..
 
anyways.. yea 12 days!
