You Can Fix the Xbox 360 Red Light Easy!

Click here: Xbox 360 Red Light Fix

Although it might seem unbearable, it is actually not that difficult to learn how to fix a broken Xbox 360.

In fact, it is feasible to repair yours right at home without any  technical
know how or use of special equipment. Most individuals shouldn't have any problems at all when fixing their Xbox 360, 99% of them time and depending on what the problem is, you should be able to fix it within an hour to 2 hours.

When it comes to fixing your console, you'll find within this article, exactly what you should do and where you should go to get started on repairing your broken Xbox 360, I won't necessarily be able to describe the entire process in this article, but I can recommend a great place to start.

Because the Xbox 360 contains such a large amount of processing power in such a small space it is quite prone to overheating.Just play one for a few of hours non-stop and it is likely that the console will become
exceedingly hot.

Of course this heat is not at all good for the delicate components inside, and the
lack of an efficient cooling system only adds to the issue.

Extreme amounts of heat can cause damage to the processor, memory, hard drive
and basically anything else inside!

The funny thing is, why the every so notorious "3 Rings of Death" occur, is because the Xbox 360 heats up so much that it melts lead free based soldering around the GPU processor, leading to 3 flashing lights on the outside of the console and an entire system shutdown.

Because of the poor design of the Xbox 360, you can now better understand how to repair a broken Xbox 360, because you now understand why most problems due eventually happen from overheating.

Before you jump in knee deep and start taking your Xbox 360 apart, you're going to first have to identify the main fault and what you need to do to repair it properly.

One of the best moves you can make for yourself is to get a repair manual, not just any repair manual, but Xbox 360 red Lights repair manual, but that's just my opinion, however, whatever repair manual you choose, you'll get the instructions, video tutorials and step by step guidance you need to get the job done correctly the first time, you can be sure of that!

Another thing you can do, is find a few reviews on the different, there are lots of Xbox 360 repair guides available, but not all of them are good, so finding a review or two, you'll get a better idea of what guide will work best for you and your particular Xbox 360 error code.

Burton Snowboards

Porters Sports of Lake Tahoe – one of the country’s premier ski and snowboard shops – is proud to announce the launch of a new version of its website porterstahoe.com. In less than two years, its first version achieved multi-million dollar revenues and became one of the fastest growing ski and snowboard ecommerce websites in the country. The new website offers greater and easier navigation, the inclusion of community forums and user-generated product reviews as well as a series of Porters-produced, on-snow ski and snowboard video reviews.

Beyond the enhanced features, there have been several major customer service improvements. Porterstahoe.com now pays the sales tax for California and Nevada residents, meaning that any purchases made online from porterstahoe.com are completely sales tax free. In addition, porterstahoe.com now offers a 100% “Satisfaction & Price Match Guarantee” as well as lifetime, unconditional return policy. It still offers free, ground UPS shipping for anyone in the United States’ “lower 48.” This past spring it also began shipping a large percentage of the almost 20,000 items available to purchase on porterstahoe.com to international customers. However certain brands, such as Burton and K2, can only be shipped domestically due to contractual limitations.

Porters Sports of Lake Tahoe began selling ski equipment in Tahoe City, CA in 1960 – the year the Winter Olympics came to Squaw Valley. Since that time it has added two other locations in Truckee, CA and Incline Village, NV. It also has an “off-price” only store next to the Tahoe City dam and Truckee river outlet affectionately named the “Dam Outlet.” Porterstahoe.com was launched in the fall of 2006.

Ok, let's just get down to nitty gritty (or as gritty as I can get): I've been watching horrible movies lately. So, here's my reviews of  horrible movies that you should avoid at all cost, unless suicide is on your top list or you are just really bored. But if you're that bored to watch this mindless pap, you should consider if you really have anything to live for. I kid, I kid. A little.

I will say that just because these movies are horrible, this does not mean I didn't like some of them...just a note...

JUMPER

Jumper is not really a serious, feature film. It barely qualifies as a film. But I enjoyed it, for all it's flaws. It's the kind of movie you watch at 2 AM on TNT when you're up on a boring Friday in April. Bonus points for Samuel L. Jackson, who amazingly is not tired of playing The Angry Black Man in every movie, and for that wooden actor from Star Wars, for doing something different in every film (but yet always acting the same.)

Grade: C-

THE SPIDERWICK CHRONICLES

I'm not a fantasy. Yeah, I read Lord of the Rings, but I skipped many parts of the book (mostly boring elven songs). I do like the Hobbit. Best fantasy book ever written. But this movie? Nah.

Three things I can't stand in films: kids saving the world, divorce sub-plot, and the always tiresome situation that I call the "But I Swear!" cliche'. How does this work? You know in every movie where a kid sees something and nobody believes him, and he spends the whole movie trying to prove it but stuff keeps getting in the way? Some call that "delayed tension", I call this "annoying boredom."

Spiderwick has all three of these, plus ridiculous fantasy elements that are too scary for young children, and too goofy for everyone else. I should have watched Step Up 2 the Streets instead. At least there's dancing, and the fantasy is funner anyway.

My Grade: D

MR. MAGORIUM'S WONDER EMPORIUM

One word: dreadful.

Only watch it if you enjoy getting kicked in the head repeatedly and spit on by tobacco chewers.

My Grade: F

Check out www.porterstahoe.com for more snowy shots.

So the good ole weather man in Sac said that we would get missed by last night's storm... Please DO NOT LISTEN TO SAC WEATHERMEN! They are almost always wrong when it comes to the Sierra. So waking up this morning to a nice little shot of snow was awesome. I was surprised to see the snow coming down as hard as it was last night and for how long it lasted. And as always Snow makes us happy! HAPPY!! HAPPY!!!!!

Lastly, NOAA said that we could see a below average start to the season due to the La Nina forming in the pacific. Which means early season shredding could more than likely occur this year, but as always finger crossed.

So in a year with moves, job changes, and unexpected happenings I think its safe to say I should update my blog.

Biggest news this year was being asked by an awesome company to be a test rider based on the fact that the owner liked my reviews he read on this site.  So now I get to ride boards that are next years, prototypes, or 2 to 3 years from production.  They've also asked me to help with the design process which is a definate huge step in the right direction.

I landed a killer job in a shop where my abilities are finally fully utilizied.  I managed to make up about 65% of the sales force for the shop and put away enough money to take off a 6 week period of time.  Contrary to what some people think if you know how to hustle in a shop you can make money.

Unfortunately it wasn't that great a year in Colorado so I didn't get in as much Champagne powder as I would have liked from Steam Boat.  Next year should be a better year I've been scouting for various drops and I think if the conditions are right I might drop Hells Wall or Million Dollar Rock.  Still trying to exactly figure out which one would be the better bet.

The UBF: Episode One was released today and I waited a good month or so for this short film. The online film is approx. 10min long and it focused mainly on Paul Machnau even though there were other Globe Team riders in the film. Pro-Skaters like Chris Haslam, Mark Appleyard, Jake Duncombe, and David Gonzalez. David Gonzalez only performs one trick in the entire film (which he doesn't even ), so I dont think he counts as an appearance but whatever he was there. Some Team Riders weren't  seen such as Rodney Mullen, Matt Mumford and Greg Lutzka.

Paul Machnau was taking care of business with the rails, but what stood out to me was the kickflip to lipslide, the hip gap to lipslide, and the huge gap he ollied at the end his first part of his episode. I guess Paul's favourite trick for this video were the Lipslides and the Bluntslides since he did them quite a bit. Even though this Episode was focused on Paul Machnau, Chris Haslam had some great tricks in this episode. Like the One-Foot Tail Grab and the (Ride-in?) 50-50 to wallride. And Mark Appleyard's Heelfip Body Varial and Heelflip 50-50 trasition trick was dope!

The Cinematography in the Black/White segments felt somewhat post-modern with a slightly vague but interesting and creative concept. There was smoother transitions and I found it to be captivating aside from the skateboarding. The Filming of the skateboarding itself was very well done. Good framed shots, camera angles and camera movement. There were some shots that were quite unique at to the positioning of the camera and the movement. I also liked how the was a part at the end that ties Chris Haslam's Episode to this one. It hooks you into anticipation for the next episode if you haven't already after watching this episode.

it was astounding to me, that someone recently, should actually suggest that not only was Evil Dead 3 - Army of Darkness a good movie, but that it was actually better than Evil Dead 2 (effectively a simple remake of the first incarnation, but without the lumber rape!)

the stupefaction caused by this mind numbing audacity may well have left me so discombobulated, that my retort may have lacked the necessary impetus to confound this utterance of insanity once and for all!

clearly, this amasement persists in my mind today.  but of course i am not alone.  a very cursory search for interweb reviews of this latest episode of an otherwise laudable trilogy, made it easy to find many, that were in accordance with my stance on the subject.

for eg.
"It's hard not to feel there's something wrong when Army of Darkness, the third entry in Sam Raimi's lively Evil Dead series, opens with a 15 certificate. And indeed, this is not quite the non-stop rollercoaster of splat we're entitled to expect.

Though it starts zippily, with Campbell's grimly funny clod of a hero commanding the screen, a sort of monotony sets in as magical events pile up. Ash is attacked by Lilliputian versions of himself, one of whom incubates in his stomach and grows out of his shoulder to be his evil twin. After being dismembered and buried, Evil Ash rises from the dead to command a zombie army and at least half the film is a big battle scene in which rotted warriors (nine mouldy extras in masks for every one Harryhausen-style impressive animated skeleton) besiege a cardboard castle. There are lots of action jokes, MAD Magazine-like marginal doodles and a few funny lines, but it lacks the authentic scares of The Evil Dead and the authentic sick comedy of Evil Dead II.

i remain justified in POV!  the loony who suggested otherwise, shall remain anonymous but for his ill-chosen avatar!

My Journal: she's all done!
By: kendrat

come one, come all, and see my beautiful mermaid! she's all finished, finished her up on tuesday and got the photos in today, so of course i have to share her with you all! leroy did an amazing job as usual, and he's either going to love me or hate me because everyone i work with (and their friends!) now wants him to mark them for life. so sorry for upping your workload, leroy, but that's just what you get for being so good at what you do!

as everyone can probably tell, i'm pretty stoked on my new ink. she's absolutely gorgeous. we had a minor setback with the background; when it came time to put it in, we decided what we'd been planning on wouldn't quite go properly. so leroy, being the angel that he is, sat down to draw a new one right then and there. i tried to be all helpful and stuff, but i have no idea about art, all i know is i like what came out!  so yeah. word has spread around my work site pretty fast; this morning a lady i haven't seen in a few weeks asked to see my mermaid! and the reviews have been unanimously positive.

Two Accounts:
PINEWSKI'S RAIL JAM
July 29th, 2006
Minnesota

For the third year in a row the crew at Pinewski’s in Anoka, MN felt the need to give back to our snow community by putting together another blazing summer snowboard rail session. Doug and the guys with FreshTip Design along with Pinewski’s brought us the largest amateur jib contest setup ever to hit the Midwest.

The ledge / handrail setup was up to par with the likes of the High Roller Rail Jam in Vegas, the Boost Mobile Pro in Chicago or even any of Mammoth’s epic village rail jams. Along with the help from sponsors, some of which included DC, Nomis, Rome, Smith, Ride and Oakley, Fans, Kooks, Groms and Bros all seemed to be having a great time.

Regardless of 100 degree plus temperatures and scorching sun, riders still got busy and put on a wild show of jibs, bonks, presses, tweaks and bails. Jake Olsen-Elm slaughtered the handrail while Colin Tucker got down on the double ledge. Pat Campro threw down a couple of bangers, but in the end Alex “The Rush” Ulyankin and his crazy combos filled his pockets with 800 bones and a cool first place finish. Congrats to all the shredders who came out to climb the 40 plus foot structure and throw themselves down a gnarly ledge / handrail setup for our viewing pleasure.

Minus the intense heat and a major “donkey dick” that seemed to be the talk of the day, this event was one for the books. Doug and his crew took this whole “snowboard rail jam” idea to the next level. Hopefully this is just the beginning of a whole new standard in midwestern snowboard events.

RESULTS:

Alex Ulyankin – 1st
Jake Olsen-Elm – 2nd
Pat Campro – 3rd
Colin Tucker – 4th

BY SCOTT LADWIG,
STUCK MAGAZINE

This was an awesome day July 29th 2006. The sun was shining, the heat index was in the 100's, and it was as humid as a swimming pool locker room, this was the perfect combo for some down home midwest snowboarding, complete with the 20foot tall bails of hay if you over shot the ledge.

Fresh Tip Design and Doug Fresh had been working late into the night to get this monstrosity of a rail set up together. Over the weeks they had poured their hearts and souls into making this thing a reality with lots of dedicated manhours. Rising 40 feet above the scorching hot parking lot of Pinewski's in Anoka,MN was one of the largest rail/ledge combos ever to call the midwest home.

Midwest signal rider Jake Olson-Elm took home the $400 dollar second place prize purse. Matt Hammer, Dave Lee, and Stephen Meyer were on hand to stoke the riders out on the word of signal Snowboards. One lucky rider from the Zombie board shop in Burnsville, MN walked away that day with a snowboard personally given to him by Matt Hammer, just because the kid was so genuine and nice. The support for a summer event of this magnitude was overwhelming and is just proof of the dedication of the midwest's love of this sport that we call snowboarding.

If you are feeling suicidal now, please stop long enough to read this. It will only take about five minutes. I do not want to talk you out of your bad feelings. I am not a therapist or other mental health professional - only someone who knows what it is like to be in pain.I don’t know who you are, or why you are reading this page. I only know that for the moment, you’re reading it, and that is good. I can assume that you are here because you are troubled and considering ending your life. If it were possible, I would prefer to be there with you at this moment, to sit with you and talk, face to face and heart to heart. But since that is not possible, we will have to make do with this.I have known a lot of people who have wanted to kill themselves, so I have some small idea of what you might be feeling. I know that you might not be up to reading a long book, so I am going to keep this short. While we are together here for the next five minutes, I have five simple, practical things I would like to share with you. I won’t argue with you about whether you should kill yourself. But I assume that if you are thinking about it, you feel pretty bad.Well, you’re still reading, and that’s very good. I’d like to ask you to stay with me for the rest of this page. I hope it means that you’re at least a tiny bit unsure, somewhere deep inside, about whether or not you really will end your life. Often people feel that, even in the deepest darkness of despair. Being unsure about dying is okay and normal. The fact that you are still alive at this minute means you are still a little bit unsure. It means that even while you want to die, at the same time some part of you still wants to live. So let’s hang on to that, and keep going for a few more minutes.Start by considering this statement:“Suicide is not chosen; it happenswhen pain exceeds resources for coping with pain.” That’s all it’s about. You are not a bad person, or crazy, or weak, or flawed, because you feel suicidal. It doesn’t even mean that you really want to die - it only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. If I start piling weights on your shoulders, you will eventually collapse if I add enough weights... no matter how much you want to remain standing. Willpower has nothing to do with it. Of course you would cheer yourself up, if you could. Don’t accept it if someone tells you, “that’s not enough to be suicidal about.” There are many kinds of pain that may lead to suicide. Whether or not the pain is bearable may differ from person to person. What might be bearable to someone else, may not be bearable to you. The point at which the pain becomes unbearable depends on what kinds of coping resources you have. Individuals vary greatly in their capacity to withstand pain. When pain exceeds pain-coping resources, suicidal feelings are the result. Suicide is neither wrong nor right; it is not a defect of character; it is morally neutral. It is simply an imbalance of pain versus coping resources. You can survive suicidal feelings if you do either of two things: (1) find a way to reduce your pain, or (2) find a way to increase your coping resources. Both are possible. Now I want to tell you five things to think about.1 You need to hear that people do get through this -- even people who feel as badly as you are feeling now. Statistically, there is a very good chance that you are going to live. I hope that this information gives you some sense of hope. 2 Give yourself some distance. Say to yourself, “I will wait 24 hours before I do anything.” Or a week. Remember that feelings and actions are two different things - just because you feel like killing yourself, doesn’t mean that you have to actually do it right this minute. Put some distance between your suicidal feelings and suicidal action. Even if it’s just 24 hours. You have already done it for 5 minutes, just by reading this page. You can do it for another 5 minutes by continuing to read this page. Keep going, and realize that while you still feel suicidal, you are not, at this moment, acting on it. That is very encouraging to me, and I hope it is to you. 3 People often turn to suicide because they are seeking relief from pain. Remember that relief is a feeling. And you have to be alive to feel it. You will not feel the relief you so desperately seek, if you are dead. 4 Some people will react badly to your suicidal feelings, either because they are frightened, or angry; they may actually increase your pain instead of helping you, despite their intentions, by saying or doing thoughtless things. You have to understand that their bad reactions are about their fears, not about you.But there are people out there who can be with you in this horrible time, and will not judge you, or argue with you, or send you to a hospital, or try to talk you out of how badly you feel. They will simply care for you. Find one of them. Now. Use your 24 hours, or your week, and tell someone what’s going on with you. It is okay to ask for help. Try:Send an anonymous e-mail to The Samaritans Call 1-800-SUICIDE in the U.S. Teenagers, call Covenant House NineLine, 1-800-999-9999 Look in the front of your phone book for a crisis line Call a psychotherapist Carefully choose a friend or a minister or rabbi, someone who is likely to listen But don’t give yourself the additional burden of trying to deal with this alone. Just talking about how you got to where you are, releases an awful lot of the pressure, and it might be just the additional coping resource you need to regain your balance. 5 Suicidal feelings are, in and of themselves, traumatic. After they subside, you need to continue caring for yourself. Therapy is a really good idea. So are the various self-help groups available both in your community and on the Internet. Well, it’s been a few minutes and you’re still with me. I’m really glad.Since you have made it this far, you deserve a reward. I think you should reward yourself by giving yourself a gift. The gift you will give yourself is a coping resource. Remember, back up near the top of the page, I said that the idea is to make sure you have more coping resources than you have pain. So let’s give you another coping resource, or two, or ten...! until they outnumber your sources of pain. Now, while this page may have given you some small relief, the best coping resource we can give you is another human being to talk with. If you find someone who wants to listen, and tell them how you are feeling and how you got to this point, you will have increased your coping resources by one. Hopefully the first person you choose won’t be the last. There are a lot of people out there who really want to hear from you. It’s time to start looking around for one of them. Now: I’d like you to call someone. And while you’re at it, you can still stay with me for a bit. Check out these sources of online help.Additional things to read at this site:How serious is our condition? ...“he only took 15 pills, he wasn’t really serious...” if others are making you feel like you’re just trying to get attention... read this. Why is it so hard for us to recover from being suicidal? ...while most suicidal people recover and go on, others struggle with suicidal thoughts and feelings for months or even years. Order the bookChoosing to Live: how to defeat suicide through cognitive therapy by Thomas E. Ellis PsyD and Cory F. Newman PhD (New Harbinger Publications, 1996, $12.95, ISBN 1-57224-056-3). Another conversational book with practical help for suicidal persons. Order the bookHow I Stayed Alive When My Brain Was Trying to Kill Me: One Person's Guide to Suicide Prevention by Susan Rose Blauner (William Morrow, 2002, $17.47, ISBN 0066211212). A very practical survival guide by an actual survivor. Order the book   I make no profit whatever on the books. Every penny received is given to The Samaritans to support their lifesaving work. The volunteers give generously of themselves, but it costs them money to continue operating and saving lives - money for facilities, phones and computers. Money is a reality. They need it; we give it. Sending them this small donation is our way of thanking them and helping them continue to help others. If you would like to know where the money goes, visit the Samaritans website. If you prefer not to make a donation to the Samaritans, take the book information above to your local bookstore and order the books there instead. If you would like to make a donation directly to the Samaritans, click here.Out of the Nightmare: Recovery From Depression And Suicidal Pain, by David L. Conroy, PhD (New Liberty Press, 1991, ISBN 1-879204-00-2). Unfortunately out of print; sometimes used copies become available. As if suicidal persons weren't feeling bad enough already, our thoughtless attitudes can cause them to feel guilt and shame, and keep them from getting help in time. Dr. Conroy blasts apart the myths of suicide, and looks at suicidal feelings from the inside, in a down to earth, non-judgmental way. This is a book that will save lives by washing away the stigma of suicide and opening the door to a real way out of the nightmare. More info and reviewsWould you like to print out this page? Blaze's Movie Reviews

yepp, I'm going to type up my opinions about a few movies I went out to see recently...y? because I feel like it, gosh!

Aquamarine: it was cute for a little teenyboper movie I guess but definately not for teens (or anyone else for that matter). the only reason I went to see this one was because my friend Jason wanted to see it because he thought that the little blonde was hot. (yea well i think he is hot). anyways, yepp, definately a lil kid movie, if you ask me!

Eight Below: disney did a good job with this movie! I really liked it...it was kinda like a combo of Homeward Bound and Balto (my parents always tease me because the dog at the end of the movie, its name is Blaze too). it was really cute, i enjoyed it, ad it had a pretty good plot too. but, thats what I think, I donno what most of u peeps think out there so....

Failure To Launch: GREAT MOVIE!!! Sarah Jessica Parker and Mattew McConnehue are excellent together! it was a really funny chick flick but I went to see it with a few guys and they said that they liked it too so yea, I most definately recommend you peeps seeing this awesome movie. I heard that so far, this movie has made, oh what is it, at least 12 million, and thats only this week!!!

The Hills Have Eyes: this is the most fricken grotesque movie I have ever seen! I hated it, it didn't even have a good plot or anything, and it wasn't even scary!!! probably the only thing good about it was that i was with Jason and I was 'scared' and he out his arm around me while we watched the movie so it was all good. if you don't believe me when I say the movie sucked, i will tell u this, HALF OF THE PEOPLE THAT CAME IN LEFT BEFORE THE MOVIE ENDED!!!

so thats all the movies I saw this weekend, when I see more, I will add more on here to save you from the decision of which movie to see.
 you're welcome!!!

I went to my mom's house to pick up some things, and surprise surprise - my sister and her boyfriend gave me an early birthday present - 2006 Atomic Hatchet. Very nice I must say, perfect timing too. I was just about to pick up a Rome Solution 158.

Bindings, bindings, bindings... which bindings to get? I've been debating between Drake (Czar or Supersport) and Union (Force or Data). Although Drake has been very reliable in the past, I'm a bit worried about their financial future. With the recent loss of good team riders on their team, it may be an indication of the company's financial direction. As for Union bindings, I've read nothing but good reviews about their products. I guess, it's just a matter of deciding between the Union Force or Union Data...

I wonder which one's more forgiving (softer flex), I'm not interested in a stiff or too responsive of a binding for the Hatchet.

Drop me a line if you have any opinions on which bindings I should get.
