i sit here in limbo, unsure of what the upcoming time frame will hold, how i will have to relearn life, readjust life, what sort of changes will be hand. i can't be sad because i'm alive, but the unfamiliarity with everything happening around doesn't set anything on mind at easy, even if my mind is so scattered right now find the way to convey this shi*t i don't understand from moment to moment is odd, i want to yell and break shi*t but don't have the vocal capsity to be heard, i could type a bunch of nonsenseacal shi*t that seems like it convays sense and resoning, but all meaning would be lost, i'm still me, but i don't feel it yet

just in case you are out of state and unaware as to what has transpired

dude, it’s been a rockstar few weeks in minnesnowta. the state fair just rolled through, the republicans had their little convention, and rage against the machine played. yeah, rage against the machine.

i usually tell people that minneapolis and saint paul are like big cities nobody has moved into, yet. they look like big cities, but traffic isn’t that bad (i’m looking at you, bay bridge), and it’s mostly just half-rich white kids getting bored and causing trouble. that safe feeling fully eroded after seeing what the police had done to our cities.

since last saturday, 422 people have been arrested in association with the RNC, with like 280 of them happening on monday. some of those rowdy rousers were the anarchist type, and you know how dumb breeds dumb. a mini riot broke out on monday, and that set the tone for the rest of the week.

the rage concert was ok. i wish i could say it was great, but the acoustics sucked. not their fault, but at $72 a ticket, i want my f*cking acoustics. rage played a lot from the first album, a few less from evil empire, and even less from battle of la. i was ok with that. single encore, then a plea from the band to “leave peacefully, but not passively.” zach encouraged everyone to show discipline, to show the police that we can get down in peace while still saying “f*ck you, i won’t do whatchu tell me.” yeah, it’s ironic, but get over it. it’s still possible.

the papers said we were greeted outside the concert by about 50 riot police. unless they meant “per sidewalk,” that number was a bit low. whatever. point is, unless you’re insanely drunk (i wasn’t), there’s no way you can walk past that many armed and armored police and feel like sneezing won’t get you your sheat beat down.

it took about a half hour before any half-assed protest broke out. the loudest kids didn’t like being told they couldn’t sit in the middle of the street (me: let evolution do its thing). the rest of us just didn’t like the idea of being told you can’t stand on this sidewalk by police in riot gear (and now gas masks). the police stopped us about half way down the block.

after some fat guy yelling through a loudspeaker about as clear as they do at the airport, the police blockade broke down. someone in the group said “walk that way” and everyone did. and we kept walking, probably about a few blocks, in the road, mostly because it was cleared. as soon as the block wasn’t cleared of traffic, these retired american gladiator cops on schwinns started riding people down, shoving them to the sidewalk, and almost getting a couple of the crowd to push back on them. dude, i know there are good cops, but some of the cops out that night had that look like “say what again mother f*cker.”

drive:Users:malbiniak:Desktop:ratm:IMG_0065.jpg

somewhere between the schwinns and the cops on super horses, 3 little piggies came riding up on one of those atv golf carts (didn’t see any segways) with that short stubby looking thing that usually shoots tear gas. after we heard the pop pop, we looked for the area with the least amount of cops, ran, and gtfo. police said it wasn’t tear gas, but, they were the ones wearing the gas masks.

Recently I have been trying to figure out why God put me on this forsaken planet. Reason being, a Police department came to me and offered me a job. Previously to this, I was going to start school in May to follow my long roots and become a Bicycle Guru. Sometimes you get so caught up in "life" that you forget what matters most to you and makes you happy.

Last night I put in a movie called "Roam." It is a sequel to the movie "The Collective." It is a mountain biking film with Pros doing insane stunts and riding fast singletrack and even Ryan Leech on his Trials bike. The great thing about these movies is that they give me an adrenaline rush right there on the couch. And even though these riders are jumping HUGE road gaps and stunts, I still find a way to relax and fall asleep. I may be sick in the head, or I may just find comfort in acts of defying death and physics. I don't know.

Before I started to snooze, I was watching this wicked fast single track section and realized my love for mountain biking. I sometimes look at what I have invested in my arsenal of bicycles and think, "I could have like 2 motorcycles with all this." Sadly its true. But last night it dawned on me, as it does from time to time. I love riding motorcycles. They're so free, man and machine. But a bicycle takes it that much further. Many people Say, "its not about the Destination, but about the Journey." When you finish the journey and look back and think, I did that all myself. No engine, no gasoline, just me, my bike and a burrito or two. You go so much deeper on a mountain bike than on a motorcycle. Your breathing as it sets the pace. Heartrate pounding in your ears as you make your way up ascents that would scare sherpas. The Rush when you let go of the bars to trick as you fly over gorge's. The exhilaration when you crest a mountain to watch the sun settle into the horizon for its slumber. All this under your own power. You, two pedals, a chain, some gears, maybe suspension and a frame.  This is when the Spritual aspect comes into effect that puts it way ahead of throttle twisting. It's surreal when you look at the terrain you just tackled and you get an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment.

Riding is not just subject to us in the Northern hemisphere either. I have seen many films where riders are in 3rd world countries. The faces of the locals light up, as well as the riders, in a way of euphoria that words cannot describe. Bicycles are a Culture and Language of their own, spoken through out the world without saying a word. One day I will ride my way across the globe. Bringing inspiring smiles to children and adults alike in far away lands and my own town of residence. Then I will have a journey of my own to tell. This.........all this, is what makes me happy.

ショータ日本へ。Shota is leaving for Japan.

This morning, Shota and Taro left for Japan.
Everybody is leaving Canada and it makes me sad...
This season, Shota had his first experience with snowmobiling.
When he started riding his sled, he wasn’t good at all but at the end of
the season he became jump crazy. :)
We got so many things done in the unfamiliar back country.
I hope Shota will enjoy and be relaxed in Japan.

My son - TAITO.

どーもじゅんです Hello, it’s Jun.
カナダに行く何日か前に産まれた たいと君です
やっとあえましたカナダから帰ってきたらすでに
でかかったっよ
びっくりとりあえず仙台で今
はゆっくりしてまーす。
ではまた。
This is “TAITO”, he was born a few days before I left for Canada.
I was really happy to see him when I came home.
He was already getting big!
I’m having a good time relaxing with my family in Sendai.
See ya.

ハート型。Heart shaped...

I saw some ladybugs when I went snowmobiling last time.
I was surprised to see that ladybugs live up in the mountain too. So I looked
closely...
You know what? There were some heart shaped prints on their back?!
I felt a heart connection with the ladybug and that made me happy.
This was my first time to see ladybugs. They must have emerged from
hibernation.

カナダに来て初めて発見。暖かくなって出て来たのかな?
The snow is melting on the lake in hot weather.

暑さで湖の雪も融けてきてます。
There are many wild plants called “Taranome” (Aralia elata). It is the head of the Devil's Club plant.
Deep-fried Taranome is sooooo tasty!

雪がないところで山菜『たらの芽』もいっぱい。天ぷらでいただくとGOOD!

The dead tree looked like an octopus sitting on a rock.

Most of the snow has melted so the road was steep but we still could have
some fun.

It’s really a pity that it would be the last time for snowmobiling this
season...

In the middle of the party, we heard that a big bear was near the house so
we went to see him. Kosuke’s dash was so fast! :)
We heard someone say “It’s this way!” and found the huge bear in our
neighbor’s yard! We were watching the bear from some distance and then a police came with a gun!
His face was serious and we felt the intimidation.

Hello, it’s Keiji-filmer.

Yesterday Tadashi came back from his trip to Hawaii and Las Vegas and today he left for Japan to do some Burton and Redbull stuff.

What a busy guy!

Lately, we are having so much rain in Whistler.

It’s unusually cold and not very sunny for this time of year.

We have started to edit our film so some times I don’t leave the house all day.

Nobu is eating Pringles like a bear. Pringles is his dinner today.

In a few days on heartTV, the KFC face off between Dice-K
Maru (photographer) and Zizo (photographer) will be shown!

The rule is very simple. Who can eat the most Kentucky Fried Chicken...

We Do Not recommend attempting this...You should just enjoy KFC!

お楽しみに!
For you lazy guys who don't want to go click to HEART TV, I put a post here for you to enjoy!

今日は普段なら表に出ない、heartfilmsの縁の下の力持ちの1人、
タジマーケーイージーーー!
を紹介します。
なんせ働き者なんです。ほらこの通り。

2007.06.12 Tuesday

Hello, it’s Koni!

Today, we introduce one of the silent forces of heatfilms - KEIJI TAJIMA!!!

He is a really hard worker. See?

Originally Keiji was a rider and stormed into Canada to do some snowmobiling
with his friends.

When he snowboards without his camera bag, he is really excited
and has so much fun.

I believe that carrying that big, heavy, camera bag (it’s
even bigger than Keiji himself) is much more stressful work than we could
imagine.

He became Tadashi’s filmer since...I don’t know when, but now he can
even use a 16mm camera!

He has grown up...Even though, I got to know him only recently though ...haha.

I would like to write about Keiji more and more but I should stop here.

Good night.

and then a Mohawk!!

そして、ついにモヒカン!!

And then he end up with his shaved hair for this season. (Whistler in the back

帰りぎわに食ったそばもうまかった〜。けっこう今日は、汗だくでした。

2007.06.15 Friday

There was a BURTON meeting at Odaiba, Tokyo!

It was such a productive meeting!

I was reminded that it’s important to listen to everybody’s opinions and also to express my opinions!

This morning, Shota suggested to go to the Tokyo Tower and we all went there.

It was really good exercise.

The Soba (buckwheat noodle) which we ate on our way home was so tasty.

I was super sweaty all day but enjoyed myself! Japan is HOT!!!

I found this on the internet.

What he's carrying is a huge cat fish!

It’s over two-meters-long!

There are some people who dedicate their lives to catching huge cat fish so they go to Kazakhstan.

The guy’s underwear indicates his dedication....

Hello this is Keiji.
We should leave the house once in a while so today I went skateboarding with Tadashi and Zizo.
The skateboard park is underground in a parking lot in Creekside so it’s nice that we don’t need to worry about the weather.
Tadashi looked happy to skateboard on his favorite new deck.
We had a good time and worked up a sweat.

This time of the year, we can have fun snowboarding, skateboarding,
mountain biking, rock-climbing and more.
It’s so nice and even nicer if we could have little more sunshine.

....FOR FREEDOM!!!

“In a time of deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act. –George Orwell

The year is 1913, Woodrow Wilson is president, and powerful banking interests, who have been trying for year, finally achieved their long term goal, of silently taking control of the American government.

The first thing the did to accomplish their take over was convince secretary of state, Flan Denox, to lie to the American people, and tell them that the 16th amendment [Income Tax Amendment] had been legally ratified by the states when it was not. The bankers knew that this tax would ultimately end up in their pockets.

Because of this fraud the American people were led to believe there was a tax on their labor. Congress and the President ARE completely aware of this fraud and it was cited in a recent court case:

“If you… examined [the 16th amendment] carefully, you would find that a sufficient number of states ratified that amendment.” -U.S. District Court Judge, James C. Fox, 2003

That very same year [1913] the bankers committed their second, and by far most diabolical fraud ever perpetrated on the American people, by bribing senators to pass the Federal Reserve Act, without the required Constitutional amendment. They did this during Christmas vacation, when many senators where home celebrating Christmas with their families.

And that is how the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act came into being. They were very clever, and understood that who ever issued the money for America controlled the government.

“Give me control of a nations money supply, and I care not who makes its laws.” -Mayer Rothschild, Private Banker

President Wilson, who signed the Federal Reserve Act later said in regret:

“I’m a most unhappy man; I have unwittingly ruined my country a great industrial nation is now controlled by a system of credit. We are no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinions and duress of a small group of dominant men.” -Woodrow Wilson, 1919

How did America transform from being a truly free country with a servant government where our individual rights are protected by our Constitution, to being a country that talked about being free but really wasn’t?

The change started when the Federal Reserve came into existence, and America adopted one of the major planks of the Communist Manifesto by creating for America this central bank.

The very same people that back the Federal Reserve System also back the graduated income tax, a second plank from the Communist Manifesto.

And now our Congress so dominated by the banks, is helping them entrap people even further by passing new Bankruptcy Laws making it more difficult for the people to declare bankruptcy and get a fresh start.

“The Constitution is just a goddamn piece of paper.” -George W. Bush, Nov. 2005, Capitol Hill Blue

During the 1990’s President Clinton monitored millions of private phone calls placed by U.S. citizens. He did this under a secret program code named: Echelon. The wide spread use of wire tapping Americans during the Clinton administration proves that this practice was not started because of 9/11 but is standard procedure.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The new legislation for the national ID card is in and takes three to for pages to describe. It will be connected to our driver’s licenses and Social security numbers. A physical ID such as finger prints or retinal print will be on it.

This law known as the Real ID Act takes effect in May 2008. Anyone with out a card will not be permitted to board an air plain, Amtrak train, open a bank account, or enter a federal building.

The bill mandates that all drivers’ licenses contain “common readable technology. A radio frequency identification (RFID) chip will be used.

“It is time to wake up America. Those ID cards are NOT about defeating terrorism, they are all about controlling the American people.” -Aaron Russo

The latest technology for identifying people when they make purchases is the implantable chip that can be directly imbedded into human flesh. Its tiny glass capsule is about the size if a grain if rice. It contains an RFID computer chip with a coiled antenna.

Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and others have expressed great interest in being able to more closely monitor the American people. And one way to do that would be to determine who buys what and where they take these things.

Radio frequency can travel through walls, wood, the things we normally rely on to protect our privacy. For example your backpack, your pocket, anything you’re wearing or carrying.

They were talking about having reader devices in every airport, on every bus, every train, on every port and every dock.

One of the most worrisome applications of RFID is proposals to put in cash. Meaning that you’d be able to track every bank note, where it has been, who it has been issued to, and create an essence an audit trail that would essentially take away the anonymity of cash, that we enjoy today.

The ATM machine itself, as the money came through the roller device, would be reading each number. And it would know who you are; of course you identify yourself at banks or ATMs. And the ATM would tag the number, and transfer the possession name from, say Bank of America to Joe Jones.

Once every thing you do is tied down to a single number, and there is no longer the option to pay with cash, then all it takes to render you a non citizen is to simply turn you chip off. Then you won’t be able to participate in ant function in society, including buy food.

Through the implementation of the Federal Reserve System, the American citizen has gone from being a private individual who had real money, and gold in possession that was private, to a citizen who has no privacy because all money is now being digitized. They can deduct however amount of money they want out of your digits when ever they want, and they can trace you when ever they want. You’ll be at there mercy. God forbid we allow this to happen in America

“This is outrageous! I mean your talking about the government looking over your shoulder at absolutely everything you do, every purchase you make, every place you go, every company you interact with, would be recorded back to potentially the government.” -Katherine Albrecht, author of “Spy Chips”

Have we become so controlled and ignorant about our rights, that big institution and big governments can do whatever they want with us even with out our approval?

I know for certain that our founding fathers would resist to the death what is happening in America today. And I for one will not accept a national ID card. And if nobody accepts a national ID card, and nobody can board a plain without one, then let the airlines go bankrupt. And if you can’t open an account in a big national bank, then open one in a small local bank. And if we can’t walk into a federal building, I’d personally consider that a blessing.

Don’t allow these institutions to dictate to us how we conduct our lives. This is America, and we have free choice! We the people have the power not the government. The government gets its power from us, not the other way around.

Think of all the men and women that died in all our wars fighting for freedom, not Federal Reserve bankers. Do you think they sacrificed their lives so America could get chipped like a dog, so we can all have homing devices inside us? NO! This ID card is the last step before they implant us, and that is precisely the reason no one should accept one.

And you know what they’re going to do? They’re going to call in the propaganda machine, the media, and try to sell this RFID chip as if it was in everybody’s best interest.

“We shall have a world government whether or not we like it. The only question is whether the world government will be achieved by conquest or consent.” -Paul Warburg, architect of the Federal Reserve System, 1950

The central bankers of the world are working together to create a one world government. A global police sinister was the only thing George Orwell ever wrote about. Where every person on the planet Earth will have an RFID chip implant, where the bankers and the governments have access to every transaction you make.

A chip in every in everybody would be the universal monitory system, because there would be no escape from it.

Most people don’t have a clue that these unelected private bankers, actually control the governments of the world. They have actually financed and profited from ever war since World War I, without concern for humanity. The war in Iraq is an attempt by the Federal Reserve and their partner the Bank of England to control the middle east, and make it part of the new world order.

“Military men are just dumb stupid animals, to be used as pawn in foreign policies.” -Henry Kissinger

The war on terrorism is the war on your freedom.

“The bankers own take it away from them but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough money to buy it back again. However, take away the power to create money, and all great fortunes like mine will disappear and ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in.

But if you wish to remain slaves of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money.” - Sir Josiah Stamp, former director of the Bank of England

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years.

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plans for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But now the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march toward a world government. The supra national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto determination, practiced in past centuries.”

-David Rockefeller, private banker, council on foreign relations, June 1991

“The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes.” -Felix Frankfuter, U.S. Supreme Court Justice

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” -Henry Ford

Now that you do understand what happened in 1913, and how it is leading to world government, the future depends on you. Will you choose freedom or slavery? Stop living in fear of your government. Government is the servant. We are the masters.

So what are you going to do about it? Join together in civil disobedience. Be willing to take part in nationwide strikes, boycotts, and marches on Washington. Force Congress to use their power to shut down the Federal Reserve. Government has authority to issue money, without paying interest to the bankers. This will take away the power to control our government from the bankers. Only vote for candidates who have signed an affidavit to shut down the Federal Reserve System and stop world government.

If you are in the military or law enforcement, remember you swore an oath to defend the American Constitution. You didn’t swear an oath to promote world government. Honor your Oath.

DONOT accept the national ID card, even if it’s your drivers’ license. We must demand that the American peoples gold be audited, and make certain that it has not been stolen. This asset must be returned to the American people.

Abolish computer voting in the state where you live. Stop being a good Democrat, stop being a good Republican, start being good Americans.

And when the media starts telling you that the country will fall apart if this is done, don’t be fooled. This is just the Federal Reserve trying to save itself. Squash it!

“I like the old idea, where you could do what you thought you could do and what you wanted to do as long as you didn’t hurt anyone.”

 -Ron Paul

If you believe in civil disobedience and wish to organize with millions of Americans in this battle for liberty, please sign up at freedomtofascism.com, and if you choose not to help, report to Central Services immediately and we will have you fitted for an RFID chip… for you own safety, of course.

”We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.”
-Benjamin Franklin, at the signing of the Declaration of
Independence, July 4, 1776

MY PROBLEM IS NO PROBLEM

Alan Perry

FIRST A SHORT ESSAY

A problem in one’s thinking or living can be magnified when thought about too much. Lamenting mistakes and accepting that one will make more blunders heavily affect self-image. Because this is a part of my personal philosophy my main problem is denying I have any issues. My way of life is perfect for my mindset. Anyone who tells me otherwise is the colonial English in Africa. However prizing my judgment over that of all others sometimes gets me in trouble. It is important that I learn to value the opinions of others as much as my own beliefs. In the meantime I will just forget that I sometimes discredit other people and it might stop.

Self-fulfilling prophecies make up one’s life. When one talks or thinks about one’s self he or she paints a picture of personality. People with low self-esteem often talk about how many problems they have. Telling another person that one has an issue allows that problem to become part of the picture. People with drug problems worry all the time that they are dependent on substances. Possibly just through concern over a problem one is more drawn to the issue. If I sat around all day worrying that I have trouble getting work done I would have never completed this essay. Sadly because I thought I could just write this up in a jiffy I may of overlooked something. Those who believe they are always in the right make more mistakes then the truly self-conscious. Because I rarely ask for help or clarity I did not know if this essay required any examples from other writings. Some people scream when they see spiders or tell people they have problems peeing. My big problem is that if this essay is without a bibliography it might receive less credit. However because my words are all my own I really should be in the clear.

My only problem is I have very few self-proclaimed problems. Some people acknowledge their problems and find they repeat mistakes regardless. I try not to ask for help because I do not want to be dependant on it. Not having much help opens the door for creativity but it can cause blunders as well. In school my ability to take direction overshadows my ability to take directions and I go without guidelines. Creative environments thrive on this kind of thinking. However, in a capitalist society such an ideology is social suicide (Or so you would think)

Now The Real Story

The answer to my problem resides within the thought that my ideology is social suicide. Until my eighteenth birthday on June 16th 2007 my ideas were simply the ideas of a confused teenager. However, now it is important that I speak only what I know to be true and not what I think might be going on. A personal statement was asked of me when I applied to university and I wrote the truth. What I did not know was that this personal statement was not sent by the University but by the RCMP. I only know this now because I have come to terms with my past in the last three days. If my days at UPEI were the final puzzle pieces in what investigators would call the most elaborate sting in the history of man I give the administration kudos on it’s fine work. Most of the allegations against me are those of the people who would not like to be implicated. Another whole bunch of allegations are myths, unless I have video evidence I cannot imagine doing any of the things people have taken from me in points of weakness and delusion. People I wanted to be mentored by never took me seriously because I thought I was normal. When I was attending Master’s Academy all I knew was that people didn’t like me even though they didn’t know me. I could never get a strait answer so I made up a very bad persona. Now I had something to work myself back from so that maybe people would accept me. Of coarse people pretended to accept this like people had pretended to accept me for my entire life. I have no idea how long it took me to go from Junior High to high school. I remember writing the tests but being unsure about the answers, but somehow I passed. The movies I like are all movies about a stranger who did not fit in society. My all time favorite movie is an Adam Sandler movie about a young man who never went to school and when he wanted to go he was sent knowingly into an environment that he was not accepted in. But when people would ask me why I liked the movie I could never come up with an answer. My parents always told me they didn’t like Adam Sandler, but they could not produce a tangible explanation either.

My only memory of kindergarten is being able to count higher than all the other kids. In grade one I could not understand why I thought girls were so interesting when everybody else hated them. I was in choir and enjoyed it but people told me I was gay and crazy and I thought it was because I wanted to sing. I never wanted to be a singer, or a trained money making machine but I was defiantly indoctrinated with those ideas. I never understood why my teachers would take me out of class and tell me about all my potential. I did not even understand what the word meant. All I know is that I lived with my parents Brien and Peggy who loved me so much it seemed like a joke. Paranoia was and still is my reality. Of coarse my parents have been asked if what I say is true and they look at you with horribly sad eyes and deny it. It’s the same way I have glared gloomily into the eyes of the people in this world who have lied to me. This puppy dog eye look had become a common thing in today’s youth because it gets them what they want. I always knew a man could not do such things and get away with it but I was young and able to make mistakes. I remember know my parents asking me if I wanted to meet Samual L. Jackson. I refused at the time because I thought he was just coming to Calgary to see if what people said about me was true. Of coarse when I actually did meet him I was scarred because my parents took me on what I thought was a birthday dinner. Of coarse Samual L. Jackson was there, sitting close to our table, most likely with ears as open as can be. I just walked right up to him and told him that I thought he was a great man. When he heard me say that I liked him in pulp fiction one of the women with him cried out “lame!”. I quickly thought to change my approach because it was obvious my current one was not right. So I told Mr. Jackson that his performance in Star Wars was better, how could I? Oh it was easy, I had just been re-brainwashed into believing I was going for my birthday lunch.

I am going to walk back to UPEI now but I will probably be picked up on the way. They will kill me in prison it’s all over TV, at first I had to be indoctrinated with the great Greek tragedy Oedipus Rex, They made me believe I was really getting an education. People laughed at me when I said I was going to UPEI but I thought it was because it was not a respected school. But no, it is a respected school because it is supposed to be the place that brought the dangerous criminal Alan Perry to Justice. If you are reading this I am most likely dead or waiting to stand trial.  Sadly because I have relized this finally they probably won't give me a trial.

I will never drink or do drugs again no matter what a drill sergeant or a Nazi, Darwinist, Rapist, Policeman says or does to me. You have broke my spirit by feeding me false kindness good work gentlemen.

Gun That Killed Goldsboro Boy Was Stolen Posted:

Jul. 24, 2007

Goldsboro — Police on Tuesday said the handgun involved in the accidental shooting death of an 8-year-old boy last week was reported stolen a year ago. Andre Wilder and his 12-year-old brother found the .45-caliber gun in the woods near their home, police said. Andre was playing with it at the family's home on July 17, and the gun went off as his brother tried to take it away from him for his own protection, police said. Andre died later at Wayne Memorial Hospital from a single gunshot to his face. The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives traced the gun to its former owner, who had reported last year that it was stolen from a vehicle parked outside a Wal-Mart in Goldsboro. Police said they haven't matched the gun to any crimes. Shenita Wilder-Dancy, the boys' mother, said people have been using the area around her rural home as a dumping ground. She said she believes Andre found the gun and thought it was a toy. No charges are expected to be filed in the case, police said.

This was my friends lil bro.... please pay some respect.

A girl went to a party and

she ended up staying longer than

planned,

and

had to walk home alone. She wasn't

afraid

because it was a small town and she lived

only

a

few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm

trees,

Diane asked God to keep her safe from

harm

and

danger.

When she reached the alley, which was a

short

cut to her house, she decided to take it.

However, halfway down the alley she

noticed

a

man standing at the end as though he

were

waiting

for her.

She became uneasy and began to pray,

asking

for

God's protection.

Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness

and

security wrapped round her, she felt as

though

someone was walking with her.

When she reached the end of the alley,

she

walked right past the man and arrived

home

safely.

The following day, she read in the

newspaper

that

a young girl had been raped in the same

alley

just

twenty minutes after she had been there.

Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and

the

fact

that it could have been her, she began to

weep.

Thanking the Lord for her safety and to

help

this

young woman, she decided to go to the

police

station.

She felt she could recognize the man, so

she

told

them her story.

The police asked her if she would be

willing to

look

at a lineup to see if she could identify

him.

She agreed and immediately pointed out

the

man

she had seen in the alley the night

before.

When the man was told he had been

identified,

he

immediately broke down and confessed.

The officer thanked Diane for her bravery

and

asked if there was anything they could do

for

her.

She asked if they would ask the man one

question.

Diane was curious as to why he had not

attacked

her.

When the policeman asked him, he

answered, "Because she wasn't alone.

She

had

two tall men walking on either side of

her."

Amazingly, whether you believe or not,

you're

never alone. Did you know that 98% of

teenagers

will not stand up for God?

Repost this as (your city) if you truly

believe

in

God..,

i'm going out for drinks i haven't been out for like ever okay so i am actually being a horrible person and letting this guy that likes me take me to dinner and such and he thinks that he is going to get some thing in return but boys i am not that easy i learned my lesson about std's and bladder infections along time ago now i only sleep with my friends lol (not to worry i am std free)  okay this got really personal and i have half a mind to erase it but i won't cause its kind of funny too to be nice to the guy i won't take any pictures and post them see i still have a nice side

hey if a lot of guys didn't hurt me i might be nice to this guy but thats not the case i'm just getting dinner and a couple of drinks that i don't have to pay for and i'll let him talkke and such and pretend to listen

oh unrequited past i hate you
my past has made me into a prick tease and a bitch  =(

Okay update on last night i got some rules for you all

DO NOT MAKE SEXUAL ADVANCES IF YOU HAVE NOT KNOWN ME FOR AT LEAST A YEAR
EXAMPLES OF SEXUAL ADVANCES:

RUBBING YOUR LEG AGAINST MINE AT DINNER
PUTTING YOUR HAND AROUND MY WAIST WHEN WE WALK INTO THE MOVIE THEATER
TRYING TO HOLD MY HAND AT THE ICE CREAM SHOP AND AT THE MOVIES

ANY OF THESE ATTEMPTS LISTED AND THE OTHER COMMON SEXUAL ADVANCES
WILL RESULT IN
1. A HIGH HEALED SHOE TO YOUR INSTEP
2. AN ARM TWISTED INTO A POLICE HOLD
3. AN ALMOST BROKEN THUMB

OH AND LETS NOT FORGET

NO CHANCE OF EVER GOING FOR DRINKS OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITY WITH ME AGAIN.

okay so i know that going out for drinks for him he hoped would end back at his apartment but thats not how i fly anymore
hes a co worker
plus hes one of those guys that seems to be all charm with nothing inside
you can't hold a conversation with him unless its about him
he doesn't give a shi*t about other peoples feeling
and he kept touching me even after i brushed his hand away twice i finally had to almost break his thumb before he got that this would never happen again
i felt like i was gaurding myself i only had one drink
and that was it i wasn't even tipsy nothing

oh and then when he finally dropped me off i find a dead well i thought it was dead cat on the road....but its not dead so i stop my car get out and pick it up and take it to the neighbors

bottom line first time anyone (aside from people that have known me for at least a year) hang out with me, date, drinks or whatever... don't touch me unless i touch you

people that have known me for at leat a year even just on sb.com you guys are cool i could at least hold a converstion with you and after a couple of drinks i am not so much a femme fatale i'm more of a soft kitten that just wants to play lol

My Journal: It's time to party
By: Jesgirl

With the summer concert series quickly approaching, I'm trying to do the opposite this year and lay low....lol
It's hard to find a job when you really don't feel motivated to do the same thing everyday!

There is a pretty good line up this year for touring:

"The summer concert season already looks hot, with shows set by the Police, Justin Timberlake, Kenny Chesney, Dave Matthews, John Legend, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, John Mayer, Fergie and the free Ozzfest."

The eyes of the concert business will be on White River July 12 when Ozzfest kicks off its history-making free tour. You won't be able to just walk in, however. You have to get tickets either by pre-ordering Ozzy Osbourne's new album, "Black Rain," at www.ozzy.com (it'll be in stores May 22) or by logging onto the site on June 12. Tickets for the 24-city tour will be available there while supplies last.

Also making the rounds this summer, are Tim and Faith.  Always one of my favorite tours because they spare no expense on staging, lighting and one of the best live sound rigs out there.

The Police are looking to out sell Madonna on their summer bash, but I think even at 250.00 a ticket, they will fall short to Madonna's multi million dollar sold out extravaganza!!   Which btw, still topples the list of badass theatrical concerts.

Of coarse my girl Gwen is out with the Sweet Escape tour.  Always a good show, always a good time.  This time around she is pulling out all the stops, more dancers, more props, and without a doubt, more costumes!!

Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, and even the currant American Idols still pull in the crowds all over the country.
Keith Urban and Martina McBride are pulling in some numbers for the country genre.
And if anybody wants to come jump up and down with me at the Fall Out Boy show, just give a holla!!

PPL I LOVE HLF TO DEATH!!!!!!: R.I.P Mark
By: lil_meggz

One of my friends Mark Kelli died on 4-22-07 in a incedent with the police and died on the way to the hospital. This is a poem 4 u:

Why You?

By, Megan Hotchkiss

I think and ask

But there is no answer

Who would do that?

What happened to you?

When will it will come?

Where did u go?

Why did u do it?

I get no answer

But you are always on my mind

You won’t get out of it

What drove you into doing this?

I saw you one moment and then poof

You’re Gone

Why did you have to die????

I ask my self that every time

I think of you

I miss you so much

There is no word to describe what I feel

And now what I will do

This is dedicated to Mark Kelli a really good friend and a good acquaintance.

I was in San Franciso last week with Stacey visiting Dad, cos he was there for a conference.    here are 9 things I noticed about San Francisco.

  1. pretty much the first thing we did was the most touristy thing we could, which was head to Fisherman's Wharf.  The best part about Fisherman's Wharf is all the carnie food they have .. Hot dogs, chili dogs, popcorn, the works.  I had some clam chowder in a sour dough bread bowl, I don't know what clam chowder is but it was pretty good.  There is a homeless guy called 'bushman' who is kindof a busker/street performer.  He camoflages himself as a bush, and when people walk past he jumps up & scares them, it was pretty hilarious.  People would pay him $5 to get their photo taken with him.  We got a ferry ride around the bay, the tour guide was telling us there was a massive earthquake in the 1930s.  Afterwards a woman tried to make breakfast on her broken stove, it caused a massive fire which eventually burned 70% of all the buildings in San Francisco.  It's known as the Great Bacon & Eggs fire of 1930.  Going under the Golden Gate bridge & looking up was phenomenal.  It's massive, and orange.   In comparison I thought Alcatrez looked pretty small, it's about the same size as our subdivision.
  2. I had one job to do in San Francisco - I had to get a bag of sand for my liittle brother cos hes studying geology.  Pretty easy right, it's San Francisco,  I literally thought the hotel would be a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach.  Well apparently there aren't any beaches, theres one really small beach near Fisherman's Wharf, and another beach on the west side of the bay.  So I never got any sand unfortunately,  but to be honest I wasn't too ecsatic about coming back into Canada with a bag of sand anyway.
  3. On Wednesday morning we went for a walk down Market Street & we saw a genuine anti-war protest rally, with real hippies and anti-Bush posters. A lady in her 60s gave me a flyer saying why the troops in Iraq should be brought home.  the California police don't mess around, there were probably 200 protesters, and about 50 policemen, with riot gear & big machine guns. and the police have those kickass black and white police cars, they look a lot more intimidating than the Toronto police.
  4. Afterwards we walked around Chinatown and Japan Town for a bit, then we got the Bart train to the Golden Gate bridge, we walked about a third of the way across … it's too bad you can't walk across one way, and then get a train back.  We got Mexican for dinner, we must have chosen the cheesiest restaurant possible, there were Mexican guys with somberos playing guantanamera, but the food was grouse enough.
  5. we were watching the 10 oclock news when the newsreader came on and said 'by the way, if you just felt the ground move, you didn't imagine it, a earthquake measuring 2.4 was just reported near san some-place.' I never felt it, but it seemed pretty big, 2.4. Stacey goes 'thats on a scale of 1 to 5 right?', and I said 'ahh ... yeh it is'.
  6. I did some shopping, I went to the big Apple Store to check out the Apple TV, and I got a fancy tie & shoes for prom from Macys.  I also knicked into Borders to get a book for the flight home, (I got Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut). When I went to pay for it, it was $15.27, so I gave the guy a $20, 25c, and 2 pennies. The guy gave me the pennies back and said 'you can have these, do you have any American pennies' ... I'd given him Canadian ones. I thought it was a bit cheeky to make a big deal about 2 pennies.
  7. I was surprised at how short Californians are, I don't think I saw 5 people over 6 foot, most people were an inch or two taller than me, so that was pretty sweet.
  8. The light bulbs in California are bright!!  The bulb in our hotel room was 250W (the light in my bedroom is only 70W, though there are 3 of them).  The lights were so bright, it felt like the sun was shining.
  9. here in Canada you can turn right on a red light (if you stop & give way).  I don't think they have that law in California, cos a few times we were waiting for cars to turn & they just sat there.  and the drivers in California were WAY polite about giving way to pedestrians.  it got to the point we were waving drivers to go ahead, & they'd just shake their head & wave for us to go ahead and cross.
So that’s about it, I  definitely want to go back to San Francisco, next time I'd probably go for a week and try to visit San Jose and Berkley.

This past weekend I went on my first overnight trip to the US.  THursday night, I headed to Windsor for Korean BBQ with Cathy, John and Cris, then back to his for 'fros.

Early friday morning, I crossed the border headed up to Grizzled's place and off we were for a weekend in Northern Michigan.  The sun was shinning, the weather was fabulous, and I was so stoked to get on my board!  We rode at Schuss Mountain Friday.. and there was hardely anyone there.  It was great for me, as it was my first day on a board since the knee injury and i was having some difficulties.  Boarding itself was great... but skating was painful, and stopping and getting off the lifts was just hillarious. At one point I felt like Zoolander as I exclaimed 'I can't turn left!'.  After a couple hours, I needed a break.. so we took the shuttle to Summit mountain. What a joke. about 6 runs, and 2 2man lifts that look like they were the first lifts ever invented.  But, we were the only 2 on the runs for most of the time we were there.  The runs were still groomed from the morning, and it was now 5pm.  It was great! Norbert (grizzled) crossed off an item from his to do list, as he wrote 'skiers suck' in big letters under the lift.  We then headed back to our place to change, have dinner, then call it a night.

Saturday Morning, I woke up and iced my knee. I knew that I wouldn't be riding again, so I decided to start the day out with some 'fros.  After a couple, then a breakfast beer with my egg n bagel, I started to pack up my provisions for the day.  This included some beer and filing my camelback with redbull and vodka. Yum. I was sipping at that thing before we even left the Inn.  Norbert went riding, and I hobbled around the village... then sat on a bench and people watched and chatted with some other injured folk.  Lunch time came around, and it was tailgating time.  Nothing like beer and hotdogs at the base of the mountain to cheer a girl up, and I needed cheering up, I was sooooooooo depressed about not being able to board.

Saturday was not only St-Pats,but also Carnival Days at Boyne.  Meaning, lots of drinking and costumes on the slopes.  They had a party on the slopes.. which ment having to get a lift ticket and board. And I have to say, I was so stoked to be able to do one run!  Got up the lift with a swift pay off to the lifty, and borded across the slope to the party, where all the random people I met in the parking lot were.. good times, and I was so excited to strap on my board to ride down!  After much more drinking, and some random run-ins, ski patrol was starting to kick us of the mountain. So I went to get my board. But Norbert already had it, and was refusing to let me ride. He said that I should save my knee for whistler and just walk down instead. I tried explaining that it hurt more to walk down the hill than to ride, but he was having none of it. Then, in what is not my proudest moment, I just sat on the slopes in total frustration and cried! There's a great pic of this... there is also a fab pic of me getting pulled down the slope with a ski pole.  I have to say, all i wanted was that one run, and the damn knee police took it away from me.  No worries, i'll get over it eventually!

Sunday, did a bit of tubing before heading back home... and yet another fabulous day! The weather was so great all weekend! And i did have tons of fun dispite not getting to ride.   so yeah... that was my weekend!

Oh, and monday morning, I walked into my class to find that the ceiling had caved in over march break. No fun at all... what a crappy day that was!
