MŚ TTR 2009 w Oslo

Terje Haakonsen wspiera pomysł zorganizowania imprezy w stolicy Norwegii. Udał się do włodarzy miasta, którzy w osobie burmistrza odpowiedzieli, że zgadzają się i wspierają tę propozycje.

O Haakonsenie nie było zbyt głośno ostatnimi laty ale jak już dał o sobie znać to słyszymy o nim na każdym kroku. A to wraca do rywalizacji w zawodach, a to prowadzi swój TV show, na dokładkę teraz walczy o wyjątkowy park dla snowboardzistów na Holmenkolen.

Legendarna skocznia ma być przebudowywana i swój skromny (warty 7,5 miliona euro) projekt zgłosił Terje. Aby urozmaicić prezentacje zebrał ekipę ziomków, przywieźli trochę śniegu i na wybudowanej małej przeszkodzie sieknął chyba najmniejszego McTwista w historii.

Jedno jest pewne, park powstanie, a Arctic Challenge w 2009 roku odbędzie się już na nowej konstrukcji. Nasuwa się jak zwykle małe pytanie, czemu nie można tak u nas…..?

My Blog: Vermont

So this weekend I got to trek down to VT. I got an invite to Jake Carpenter's annual fall bash, which this year just happened to fall on his birthday. So my bro and I head down a day early to hang out with JG at the Burton headquarters. I'm not sure what I was expecting really but what I got was so much better!! The lucky buggers that work there have a small half pipe and bowl in the back yard!!!! SO awesome. Got to see my bro kill it in the bowl alongside some of Burton's pros... like Terje Haakonsen and Danny Davis... and some super cool employees.

The next day we did a Hike up Stowe Pinnacle before heading to the bash. Holy the house was amazing! The basement has an indoor soccer field, every game imaginable and a skatable tunnel attaching it to the barn, where Shiny Toy Guns played. There's an inground trampoline, a baseball field and a zipline going into the pond. The party was really fun... didn't know anyone but the people I showed up with but to our delight Terje decided that hanging out with us was his plan... wow that guy is down to earth. If you're ever in Oslo go to Korn, the organic cafe/bakery he runs with some friends. After some daylight hangouts the party really got started with a few bottles of free wine in me. We watched the band, played on the tramp and got a mean-ass game of dodgeball going with the groms. It was a fun-filled afternoon/night of partying and I must say I hope to get to go next year!!

Today we got the hangovers away by heading back to the Burton house for some zipline action. It was pretty cold but we all gave it a go and glad we did. It was good fun and we got some great shots out of it... hopefully I'll get some up of my go!

Vermont and it's people made an amazing impression on me and I hope to go down quite a bit this winter for some Stowe shredding and who knows maybe I'll give Burlington a go when I'm done school next year!!

Wow..its been like FOREVER since i wrote something here. Got back from a superb season in Hemsedal in may, and have since then been working in Oslo. Porters Sports and The Collection will be stoking out a lucky guest with a signed autographed snowboard by The Collection team. My Journal: Back from satans city

Well... our premiere in Oslo was... let's say something between a complete disaster and the greatest premiere we ever had. Nevertheless, the 9 Isenseven party-travellers enjoyed one of their nicest trips to Norways capitol. Happy people, happy shopping, happy sightseeing...

... and, of course, happy beer fest...

I hope we will encounter similiar good times at our next stop in Augsburg at the Powwow Railbattle, 04.11.06. It'll be the first time one of our movies is gonna be played in a cinema, so get yourself there!

Le faboleux destin de Marco: Back from Oslo

Since everybody writes Blogs I thought I should maybe also try it out...
So I'm gonna try to post new stories about my trips and stuff combined with some pictures of it as often as possible. At least the photos shouldnt be a Problem, cause O2 gave me this really cool Photo-Mobil with which I can now take shots of every second of my life with a very good quality.
So check it out!

Here comes my first Blog:

It's Tuesday afternoon. I' d been in Oslo from last Thursday to Sunday. I was travelling with all the other Isenseven fellas like Vince, Alex, Simon, Patsch, Jorma, Kathrin, Tweety and Camilla. We flew into Oslo on Thursday and right after we landed we already found our selves standing at one of these little airport shops eating the delicious classical Norwegian food: Polse! (actually it's just like a regular hot dog but somehow it's so extraordinay special that we only eat in Norway...) After this we went to the city and just did some touristic sightseeing but actually merely focused on the very central of the city... Next day was pretty similar... Some shopping, some sightseeing and some party in the evening.
At Saturday we finally had our Premiere in a small Pub called Dr. Jekeleys. It wasnt that big but it looked very nice. The whole Bar had two stories, the one upstairs with a crazy toilet completely hidden behind a huge bookshelve with no sign of evidence of something like a toilet, and the basement with really nice furniture in it and two pool tables. That's where our movie was shown. Unfortunately we had some Problems with the DVD Player so it took some time to get it all working to show the movie fluently. Despite this Problems we had a great evening in a very nice city in a very nice country with very nice people!

So I'm really looking forward to going to Norway again soon. Who knows how soon...

But first I'm gonna go to Hamburg for a Snowboard Show at Friday night. We'll see what this is gonna be like.

welcome to super premiere time. after isen7 got directly invitedt to Oslo with "prediculous" there is space to fill in Munich.

this Friday we'll show Absinthe's "more" at the Garden, Lindwurmstr. Stylewarz and Mixwell on the 1&2s giving you a nice taste of what Air&style parties gonna be like.

after that we'll have the launch party of Pleasure's lady magazine called "Spare" alongside the premiere of Misschief's "roshambo". The date will be dropped with the magazine, so make sure you'll get hold of a copy.

beside that us is still waiting for some snow making autumn more interesting.

Isenseven: PREDICULOUS premiere in OSLO, Saturday, October 14th

Heyhey people in community-land!
We're proud to announce our first release party ever in Norway!
On Saturday, October 14th, the Isenseven people will show some dance moves on screen and party with you and all your Norwegian friends at the Dr.Jekylls Pub in Oslo.

Our newest snowboarding flick "Prediculous" features three Norwegian riders, Fredrik Evensen, Erik Botner and HC Bergheim. There'll be a lot of beautiful shots from Oslo and the surrounding region in the movie as we had three funny and successful film trips to Norway this year.

My Blog: I can eat again !

f*ck f*ck f*ck, and yes f*ck. And after been doing some crazy shi*t back in Denmark at The Roskilde Festival, Im back in Oslo again, and thank God , I can eat food again. ! Like Im actually hungry again. Yeah, you know it !! I've been waiting for that feeling for over 8-9 days, and after I've descoved my hungryness, I've found out that my kitchen was empty for what-so-ever-kind-of-food and thats not the end of that.
Today I pravely check my bank acount, and guess what ? YES, it was also empty.!!

So I've feel hungry and empty at the same time. ! Any one care to help at poor boy ?

My Blog: the 05-06 season

* Enjoyed 2 weeks of summercamp coaching at l2a with our Ultimate friends, which was followed by a nice surftrip to Bidart and Molliets with my bro.

* Start of the 06 season in les2alpes as usual. Flow test-center and nice riding with friends

* X-mas to Newyear roadtrippin' madness; Sudelfeld-Kaprun-IBK Axamer Lizum-Davos-Laax. Lotsa km's but nice!

* ISPO visit Munich, followed by the Dutch Championships in Laax. Super-so-sweet event!

* Worthwhile long drive through Sweden when visiting Oslo. Great vibe, nice riding at Tryvann and Varingskollen and good partying :)

* Riding the newest 2007 boards at Saas Fee for the annual Taste-boardtest. It's a dirrrty job, especially with all the pow we got haha!

* Another visit to our homie Jibbalicious in Oslo. Slushy fun in Varingskollen, being tourists at Kongsberg and wakeboarding in a rainy Tryvann. It was all good :)

No, I do not want the Toaster! It´s been raining in GAP for about a week, and since yesterday the rain has turned to snow....and now all hell broke loose! Vince and Basti are schralping the streets of Oslo with Danny, while I´m sitting here waiting to do something with the few riders we have left. Nothing else new.
