Damn this feels good!! I got my level one last weekend, and let me tell you, it was a long process, but me and Stoner pulled through in the end. 3 days of being taught how to teach is too much for me, and I'll never do those shi*tty intermediate sliding turns ever again. I won't lie, it wasn't all that hard, you just had to keep you're eyes open (and by that I mean not fall asleep). My teaching was at standard, and my riding was above standard. Shout out to Tom and Rob for the last minute riding prep, Scotty for the advance on the books, and to Tad for all the sessioning last year. To those I took my level one with, I'll be back at Glen sometim, but for now I'm rocking Hockley with the crew. I'll be there saturday the 24th to finally see what it feels like to put on an instructor jacket!

That's all for now.

Keep riding,

Seagull

By: tom228

The season has officially kicked off with a trip to Tremblant with some hockley guys and girls.  Got the new setup and its lookin mighty fine, jus waiting for Horseshoe this weekend to devirginize the Sapient lol.  So the snows falling and the roads are slick, but only the true snowboarders make the treck to the hills, hav a good ride.
Peace

I was at Hockley on friday, & when we got lunch I left all my stuff on the table for a minute to get my poutine, & when I came back my toque was gone! My wallet, watch, phone & Oakleys were intact, but for some reason my toque were just too tempting not to steal. So if you're ever at Hockley, I'd recommend hiding your toque when you go get your poutine.
