Hi all
I busted my right distal radius into multiple pieces(comminuted)about two wks ago which led to other issues: stiff and unusable primary hand. I wasnt able to find any blogs out there that went thru the day to day recovery so i hope i can be there for anyone in the future who might want more info. Its hard to type so thats probably why there are few blogs chronicling this.

How it happened: Some might feel indestructible blasting down or jumping up as fast without a worry in the world and have a glory accident story. But my story is very pedestrian. I basically modified the way i fell due to a series of crashes(high speed near bottom of the mountain on the rear right deltoid). So the day of the injury my shoulder was so sprained i couldnt raise it above my head.. But I still went boarding the next day (mlk wknd at squaw valley) and it was my toe edge on ice near kt22 lift traversing to red dog in the afternoon that did me in.

After the incident I knew right away something was wrong since the wrist was deformed, swelling,  and my fingers I couldnt move them. After the doctor onsite 'reduced' it(pulled it back into place) I felt better although far from normal.
Fast forward to vicodin/naprosyn and a surgery to correct everything. By wednesday after I was in surgery in which the surgeon put a titanium plate and screws. Post surgery, I did not feel like myself at all(low energy sleeping too much eating simple and not desiring meat/wine, X games were inspiring tho). It has now been 10 days since surgery. It is a real bitch to sleep at night since the pain is throbbing and unending. I went off the meds though since it was making me wake up super late and groggy although I was beginning to get addicted to the vicodin.
I guess my right hand still works a little bit as I can grip some items but it feels robotic slow and stiff. Pressing buttons is even a strange experience. I started typing but it is still very foreign. Doc says I will start pt after the splint comes off 6wks post surgery.. And advises me to move as much as possible.. I dont know but Im more focused on writing/using my hands than getting back on the slopes. I do still have a season pass tho that I need to utilize.
I am really hoping that the pain will go away so I can sleep at night, and that I can type more proficiently. After I would like to write. No idea how many days that will take though.. I wonder if I will be able to brush my teeth before beingable to write normally again. Cheers.

Road trips

With the lack of snow on the Island this last month we were getting a little too antsy to sit around so we headed out on holiday road. First we went out to Banff and hit up Sunshine Village. It was my first time out to the rockies and it was awesome! The weather was perfect; sunny and cold and we got lots of killer pics and footage for our new movie project. We'll definitely be going back again. Thanks a lot to Doug Firby for the great hospitality. www.skibanff.com

Patrick Kitto enjoying the cold smoke out in Banff. Mmm Mmm good

When we got home there was still not very much snow so we packed up some clean undies and headed out again, this time to Whistler. Whistler is always wicked and this trip was no exception. We shredded the opening day of Blackcomb and then Whistler the next day and it rocked ( my board and my mind ) haha. Early season conditions joke... Thanks to Ryan Proctor for hooking us up. www.whistlerblackcomb.com

Myles col' kickin' it with his favourite run on Blackcomb behind him: the Sudan Couloir

When we got home from Whistler, guess what? Still not that much snow. So we packed up some more clean undies and headed out again, this time to Golden. Now if you've been to Kicking Horse you know it's rad. Steep, deep and gnarly. We had a wicked time there until the third day when the temperatures were a cool -28 in the hills and our nostrils were sticking together when we went outdoors. We all looked like Michael Jackson with our noses frozen closed so we bundled our Vancouver Island butts back into the truck, cranked the heat and headed back west. Thanks to Jordan Petrovics for the hook up.

Back Home
Now don't get me wrong, we've had a few good days of hiking around here. We've been noboarding up the hill quite a bit and even hitting some urban stuff in town with the cold temperatures.

No bindings? No problem... Ole loves noboarding. photo by Patrick Kitto

These guys are going up to 'get every last piece of that powder!'

Mikey jumped over a f*cking box!

Bones doing a baby method!

Back to the Vill!

Then we went to Portabello for mushroom soup and i think browner really liked it.

So its Halloween night, and me and my bro Marc are heading up 2 Fairview to go party with our bud Brandon who's doing his Power Engineering at the NAIT campus there. As we where told by our invitee, we need costumes, I was going as Ron Burgundy from Anchorman, Marc was a lumberjack. Brandon was Jail-bait. LoL! SO we get to the On-campus town-house brandon is staying in with his roomies, and the party is in full swing! Brandon is already down a 26 and awesomely drunk. So me and Marc get into character and we head 2 the bar, and easy 10 minute walk from Brandons. So we get 2 the bar and start partying. Me a brandon hit a shot set-up of Tequila and Fire-ball, Brandon walks 2 the bathroom, pukes, and continues 2 party, what a trooper! So the party keeps going till closing time. And all three of us, $100 bucks each poorer and really drunk/danced out. Tried 2 make our way home. (This is where it gets super fuzzy. We three peiced the rest of the night together with what we could remember, and this is what we got.) So we start walking... we get 2 the campus, somewhere in the agriculture area. All of a suppen Marc wants 2 fight due to some guy back home who was say shi*t about his girlfriend. (Chris Gullet, nobody likes this guy. I even want 2 kick his ass.) So brandon says 2 him, that he'll fight him. So they hop some fences and start fighting by the riding sable and cattle pens. Me not seeing this go on or where they went, keep walking and yelling for the 2 of them wondering where the hell they are. So I yell and stumble till I hit a slight incline, and me being drunk fell right into a ditch, face first, full of water. So I am soaking wet, I get out but in the process I lose a shoe. I don't care I just keep on walking till all of a sudden a vehicle comes from behind. Its campus security! The lady inside askes "Are you ok?" I say. "Not Really" She says, "Wanna lift?" and I say, "Yes Please" I get in the back and b4 I know it. I'm right in front of the town house and I didn't even know how 2 get there! lol! SO I go inside and pass out on the coach. Mean while back 2 Marc and Brandon. They're fighting like crazy drunks. Till they stop. Marc it still pist and is kicking and punching shi*t. Meanwhile brandon takes off home ready for bed, losing a shoe also somewhere along the way. Marc is now alone, and is also lost. He calls brandons cell, doesn't pick-up. He calls my cell but I fell in the ditch thus f*cking my phone right up 2 the point that it doesn't work. So he calls his girlfriend in falher which is so worried that she wants 2 drive an hour and a half in the early morning 2 come and find him. LoL! He told her not 2 be silly. and he said he'd find his way eventually. So he gets to the town houses, goes in, up the stairs, opens the door to what he thought was Brandon's room. But he notices that the guy sleeping in Brandons room is not Brandon. Further more its not brandon's room. Its not even his townhouse! Marc went into the wrong house! Than he notices that there is a dog, and it starts barking so Marc gets out of the townhouse without the guy waking up! Lucky! And eventually finds his way 2 the right place. With me on the couch and marc in Brandons bed. Brandon decides 2 sleep on the arm chair. I wake up for a moment to see him in a U shape, from arm to arm. Awesome! But when awake in the morning he is laid out on the kitchen floor. Than I notice under my blanket, I am buck naked! I don't even remember taking them off! So we relive our night laugh about it. Than head out 2 KFC, than watch some women's volley-ball and than go looking for our lost items. The only thing 2 turn up is Marc's Rome Lumberjack Toque. But what an awesome drunk time. Well worth the hundred bucks, the lost shoe, and the broken cell phone. Good times with good friends is never a bad thing, no matter what kind of trouble you get into! LoL!

   Take Off, eh?

The first two JumpCamp's rocked!

Mother nature was a real doll and gave us some killer weather and the snow conditions were soft and slushy, perfect for jumping and freeriding. Campers were stoked on all the new features in the park and all the natural terrain on Forbidden that we sessioned.

We even set up a cliff feature for some adventurous campers to launch. Campers really impressed me with their drive to learn new tricks and strengthen their riding. Tons of camper firsts went down over the course of the two sessions; First time grabs, spins, spins with grabs, inverted spins... It was insane! All the campers had a wicked time and really progressed their skills a lot. Thanks to all our sponsors and coaches for an amazing set of camps. Keep checking back for all the pics from the camps in the photo section of the site.

New JumpCamp whip: a quad.

Fresh pow in March? Yep, you got it. We've had some sweet days up the hill lately. With the amount of snow still on Forbidden we're going to be shreddin' into the summertime!

march 17 no lie eh.

Coach Olaf Larsen col' kickin' it in his mini dump. ( call Ole if you need anything dumped, he's your man )

Yummies and Gyros rule! They sponsor the camps and man are their gyro's good. I guess that's why it's called Yummies and Gyros. Go get yourself a delicious gyro or donair next time you're in Courtenay. Thanks to Katherine and the gals for hooking up the campers and coaches with those delicious beef and lamb delights.

JumpCamp Jam a hit! We shralped the park, barbequed some nice dogs, jibbed our brains out and then guess what? We shralped some more! That's right. Our broski Paul Henderson even came out to hang for the jam. We're gonna do another one mid April so stay tuned for the date.

Prizes! Our sponsors are the best!

Coach Doug Hardy teaching a valuable lesson on getting inverted.

JumpCamp session #4 March 29, 30 comin' up fast! Still a few spots available. Register today to secure your spot and improve your shred!

Hello everybody, it’s time for a new O2 Blog. As I told you in the last Blog, I was going to an North American EastCoast Trip with Isenseven for 3 weeks in february. We were a pretty big and good mixed crew of 6 Riders, one Filmer and one Photographer and our idea was to rent two RV in New Jersey and drive up the whole Eastcoast up to Montreal and stop at some areas to do some Urban riding or whatever we find to hit with the snowboard. So after our long journey from Europe we started our trip with holidays, left our boardbags closed and spent 3 days in New York. Our Isenseven „Daddy“ and Filmer Vincent was the only guy of our crew who has been to this amazenig city before and he showed us around... the time in New York was great, we spent our time on top of the Rockafeller Cemter, Times Square, in crazy good Night Clubs and Gay Bars, visited a OK GO Concert, ate good food and spent a lot of money for new clothes... I took a few pictures with my O2 Nokia N95 cellphone for you. Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket After the 3 days in New York we where a little bit sad to leave this great place but also excited for the next chapters our trip will bring. So we drove to New Jersey to get our rented RV’s, went to the Grocery Store to buy a lot of food and booze Photobucket And drove 6 hours up to our first destination Burlington, we had pretty good luck with the snow because as soon as we arrived it was dumping very hard and it was getting colder. Our American Rider in the crew Travis Limogue who used to live in Burlington showed us around and we got pretty sweet stuff done... and even delicious self-made hot dogs Photobucket Photobucket After a few days we continued driving and went up to Montpellier a small town one our away from the canadian border, there we visited some friends in the Rome Office, the Sugarbush Mountain Resort and some other guys who gave us some information about Rails and Urban Stuff, but we just spent less time in Montpellier because it wasn’t too good and we wanted to continue to drive up to our last Destination upper North, Montreal. Photobucket We spent the most of our time in Montreal because there was so much snow and good spots to hit with the snowboard. We also had a few pretty nice guys like JP and his friend in the Skateshop and Guilliome. Big props to those guys for helping us out so much and showing us around. But unfortunetly inbetween our Rail Sessions, great food experiances, Card Games and Sauna visits. Chris Patsch broke his wrist while hitting a Ledge in Montreal on his birthday... but we went out for party with him anyway this night, this evening was just amazeing weh ad such a good party with nice people, Champaign and a lot of Vodka. After our long time in Montreal our trip was going to end, all of us where pretty exhausted and really looking forward for a shower and a real bad so we left Montreal a day earlier and drove the down to New Jersey in on day to have our last day and night in New York again. Which was going crazy in the Annex. All in all, it was a great trip! Photobucket In a few days I am leaving for another Isenseven Trip to Colorado, you can read how this trip is going to be in a few weeks. Keep watching my profile and I wish you a great March. Mt. Hood , OR (Immediate Release)  High Cascade Snowboard Camp has added a second snowboard park this summer up on Timberline.  Campers will now get to ride the original HCSC park with updated features as well as The New Park™ located on the same run used for Burton Snowboard’s Abominable Snow Jam slope-style course.

This lift serviced lap park, chock full of jumps, boxes and rails fresh from the fun-factory will effectively double the HCSC snowboard park size for the upcoming summer.

Doubled!  That’s amazing…

Imagine if everything about camp doubled in size… the average camper would be 11 feet tall and weigh 300 lbs., riding 300 cm snowboards and eating Cobra Dogs the size of eggplants.  The Bustache’s mustache would be 20 feet wide, the Unicorn Bus’ horn would be 16 feet long and the world’s only 2-tiered dodgeball court would become the world’s only 4-tiered dodgeball court…  That’d be crazy.  Crazy awesome.

HCSC is the best summer snowboard camp in the world, ever.  Located on Mt. Hood , Oregon since 1989, High Cascade offers world-class facilities and professional coaching in a fun and supportive environment… Check out www.highcascade.com to see awesomeness in its purest form.

It's 7 in the morning, on the 6th of February and my cell goes off. Its my mom, "Good luck on your trip. Take care!" "Thanks mom, Call you when we get there!" I get out of one of the rest rooms at Remi's place go on his computer to check the various weather sites for the trip. It doesn't look good. Snowfall warnings for the Pine Pass, the very route we must take to our destination, Powderking. Lance and Remi both agree, we must go, we'll beat out the weather and it'll work out. Marc's parents on the other hand aren't so sure. So our Fantastic 4 has now been cut to The Thunderous 3, we aren't happy losing Marc, but the show must go on. So we're on the road by 10:00 in my mini-van with our boards in the Thule and our gear and booze and other stuff in the back. We get to Dawson Creek around noon. Lance picks up a Warstiener Keg at a Liquor store, and we go for lunch at Rockwell's. What a lunch! Such a nice little restaurant with flat-screens a fireplace and free pool, but the food is really what sets it apart. (Best burger I've ever had!) So we continue on, the weather is still blue skies until we hit the Hausler turn-off which is a half-hour past Chetwyne. Its snowing.. pretty hard. I put in my orange-lensed driving sun-glasses. We make it through the pass no problem, all the way to Mackenzie, where we check in at the Willingston Lake Lodge. I call Marc's parents and my own to tell them we made it ok. So we unload our stuff and play some Guitar Hero than go hit Little Mac (The local in-town hill) So we ride a bit, and get a tip about Wing Night at the Legion, so we go there for supper. than we go back to our room, have a couple of beers and call it a day. In the last 24 hours before we got there it snowed 50 cm! We got another 30 while we were there.)

So we get up at 7:30. We get ready and out the door by 8:30. We stop at 7-11 to pick up some Poweraid and other stuff for the day. The temp is -24 with a windchill that makes it feel like -35 on the mountain. But at least theres lots of powder! Almost to much! Every time you fell, it was a battle to get up, since you couldn't touch bottom! So we ride the morning and meet up with the staff of our local hill. (Little Smoky Ski Hill) We have a sick time slashing pow and I get frostbite on my cheeks and fingers, nothing too serious. So we drive back to Mackenzie, hit the local hill again, meet some locals at the hill. Than its closing time and Remi says to me, "I wanna go down the road." "Ok, I'll give you a start push... with the van!" So he gets infront and I send him down the hill, sparks blazing from the odd gravel he hits with his edges. I follow him down. When I get to him, he says "I want those 2 mins. back." I guess it wasn't that fun. So we get back to the Hotel, when my phone rings. "Where are you?" the voice says, I don't recognize. "MacKenzie..." "I know that! Eric's wondering if your coming over to party or not?!" Its Shantel, now I know! "Soon, alright?" "Alright, bye!" so we head over, with our Keg and when we get there, it seems the party has already started. Clem the Hill manager, has already had a few Bud. So we crack the Keg, and have a few with Clem. Before you know it, we empty the thing. So we party there till we get a noise complaint and we decide to jet. Steph and Jocelyn (Sorry if I spelt it wrong! I suck at French!) come back to our Hotel to keep partying. So we have 8 more beers and play Guitar Hero, than out of nowheres, a HUGE pillow fight erupts!!! Its so epic, that we total the room! Mattresses off the beds, crooked paintings, clothes everywheres!! The only thing still clean is the bathroom! So I take the girls back to there Hotel and in turn go to bed when I get back to mine.

So we get up at 7:30 to the radio. We turn on the boob tube to the weather network, -23 with a windchill for the day! Yay... awww crap, the Keg was upside down all night and it leaked on to the bench leaving a big puddle of beer on it, along with making our coupons for our lifts soggly and smelling like beer. But we use them anyways. So we head out and hit P.K. for another day. Total Fun-fest! We freeze our faces off and choke on 3 feet of powder, Skittlely-doo! A good time all round. Another cold Champagne day in the memories of glory and fortune of shred trips. So we get back to Mackenzie and hit the local hill again. At the closing of the hill that night, two girls that we've seen at the hill every night that we've been there come up to me and Remi, and introduce themselves. So we start talking to them and they ask us where we're from and where we're staying. So we finish up our convo, and say goodbye to the two ladies (Which I thought were quite cute.) and go back to our Hotel. We tell Lance of our encounter, and he informs us that they were hitting on us, and it never occured to either of us. I kicked myself for the rest of the night. Than we have some eats and go to our room and relax till its nod off time again.

We get up the next day. Its our rest day, we get out of bed around 11:00. We get lunch at Subway, go to Video Gallery where we rent Robin Williams on Broadway and I buy Tenaicious D and Transformers and we watch Robin Williams than go to hit the local hill, which we find out is closed for the day, but we go and ride it anyways. Lance and Remi ride off the Little Mac's chalet roof, and we Destroy 12 cans of Lucky in Various ways. (Which I had bought for Marc, but myself could never drink.) We hit there box a couple times than me and Remi ride it down the Hill as a Bobsled before leaving. We put everything back tho, I like that little hill. So for supper we go get Chinese, head back to the room, watch Tenacious D and pack up for the next day.

So we get up on the bright. Pick up all our stuff and pack it into the van. We fuel up on gas and food at the 7-11 before we leave Mackenzie for the last day of our trip. We get to P.K., our last day, the nicest day weatherwise, going from -19 in the morning to -11 when we leave. So on our first run, near the top of the mountain, just above Satisfaction, we crack our last 3 beers and cheers the trip. Damn god beers, and we get donw to business. We take full advantage of the day. We ride steady all day, right to the end. We hit some of the best powder and jumps that day. I don't think I could have frowned even if my dog had died that day. It was just that awesome! So we head through the pass. without incondent. Unlike the 3 Semi's we saw in the ditch. So we get to Dawson Creek for supper. We stop at Rockwell's my new favorite restaurant. We have steak and wings and onion rings, and it rocked! So we get to Remi's by 10:00. Tired, but glad we had gone on the trip. So we had a group hug and said our goodbyes. Another Kick-ass trip in my books. Powderking, is a special place, forever part of my heart and my joy. Thank you for being a place of good memories.

P.S: The next day, a massive avalanche takes out the Pine Pass, which we travelled through the day before. Closing it for 3 days. We lucked out, and it feels good!!! LoL! Peace and Powder my Friends!

My Blog: Runway trip
By: anne-flore

Day 1
We are sitting on that oldschool chairlift in White Water BC, it s bouncing.. the slope is still untracked.. The fog is going up and the sun starts appearing behind the evergreens. The snow builds up on the trees,, they are frozen.. everything is white and crutsy, humid, fresh tracks, pillows, cold and heartwarming. Runs in the trees all the way to the road and hitchhike back to the lift. Small resort, 2 lifts.
This is how poetic the trip started.. and the crew made it all become funky and adventurous!  Leanne Pelosi, Janna Meyen, Natasza Zureck and I are following Shandi Campos and Scott in the deepest of their mountains..

Day 2
Crazy way up the hill this morning, cross avi passes.. huge avalanches. Danger zone.
The sleds go down, shandy saves us all.. I m on the radio.. I m so important with my radio!! Next one! Sweet and mellow Pillow lines.
Nat let her sled go straight into a tree.. half of it just commits to suicide.. the sled seems fine.. upper bowl I spit my lungs in the death zone. Cant see shi*t.. scared as hell..
Adrenaline I love you, best drug ever. Scott shreds down that line I was way too scared to do on his noboard! That’s the coolest thing by the way!! No Boardng? Love it!
Janna rips it on her sled!! She jumps even! Randy (Shandy’s dog) runs faster then any of us on the sleds.. and hangs with us all day up there! Warm and sunny. Christy runs over that other dog. Bamboo or meetball should we call it? The dog goes under the track of the sleds and gets spit out the other end. The dog seems to be used to it..
We find sick cliffs and sweet pillow lines.. the snow is epic! On the ride down a huge avalanche had crossed our track back.. our only way out.. we had to dig our way through tons of heavy snow! Happy day.

Day 3
On the third day we found huge rocks pillows field! Messy day.. tired day.. Janna is having enough fun for all of us! Huge airs out of that one sick rock pillow.. me hungry, me grumpy when hungry.. me not friendly when grumpy! Sorry..

Day 4
Janna is a sledneck, she went TTT (to the top) on her sled high marking way better then any of the sled duds.. scott fs 360 on that natural hit in the middle of his line on a No Board! What?! All the girls are killing it! We all stomped our cliff lines first track! We are all done by noon and just have a good time. The dogs are here too, they are so cool.. they just run all the way up the tracks and hang out with us all day..
lunar eclips and famly dinner.. good times..

Day 5
Tired.. sketchy avalanche area, no roping for the first time, it s really like surfing on snow. WE are all quite tired, lucky that Natasza is hard working for us all, and she didn’t die on that first try. We watch and sit in the sun. move the sled to sun  little by little as the shadow gets us.. wett boots tired back to our hobbit houses. Me tired, me even stop talking when tired. Good night. The week end approaches and it’s time for us to rest before we keep on shooting.. That was an epic week and certainly the most productive in a long time.. check next year’s Runway movie to see the footage!

Easter in March is a nightmare for the mountain lovers. Seems like every single family in the UK bought a trip to Apls this year - including their dogs and toddlers  - like there is no snow after that weekend!!! Nevermind Alps! I couldnt even get booking for Whistlers!

After 3 days of surfing the net and countless number of calls to travel agencies -  Serra Chevalier I m coming!!!!!!

Not much can wipe that smile of my face now :-)

Enough of Milton Keynes nursery...

So, yesterday morning I went out in service and cleaned the kingdom hall. I can't believe how nervous I was, but everything went perfect. I even had a blast cleaning.
After that, I decided that I would take on the task of spending the day with 4 children; ages 8, 5, 5, and 4. It was a lot of fun. The 8 year old boy kept egging on all the girls though to fight with him, no biggie; not really fighting...just competitive as to who won the games. (It was to be a movie night, but you know how little kids have the attention span of...well, little kids.) I just can't believe how big they've all gotten; forming complete sentences, now there's no need to decipher jibberish.
Dinner was good...mac n chz and hot dogs, yummy not necessarilly nutritionish. Then it was "Barbie as Repunzel", baths, ice cream cones, and bed time. I know, I know, who gives children ice cream before bed...well...I had to bribe one of them into the bath, and had to be fair to everyone else. Don't worry, it was just half a scoop.
The little boy slept in my brother's old room, and the 3 girls in bed with me...*laughs* not such a good idea actually. I think around 3am I finally gave up on trying to sleep soundly in between being kicked and losing the covers. I slept on the couch...
And now, I must run because my beautful little Chyann woke up and is sitting on my lap. Time to begin the day again. :-D

wes_gallery.jpg

Just when you thought Fridays in Whistler couldn't get any cooler. Long time whistler local Jeff Paterson (no, not the photog, a different one) had the smarts to bring in local icon Wes Makepeace to fuel the night at the Fitz pub in the upper village. Wes shows no mercy as he belts and shouts his ever popular whiskey ramblings and horse musical renditions of everything from Warren Zevon to Bob Dylan. If your lucky he'll play the room-filling sing-along "War is hell" which was made popular as the credits track to the mind blowingly insane shred flick POP by Absinthe Film's. Or my favorite "Winter hills of the shred dogs" which also found its way on to a shred sound track as Sean Johnson wisely chose it to end the highly popular trick flick PROMO COPY, damn that one almost wore out my dvd player. As of late Wes has been leaking some gems from his soon to be released album, although don't ask him about it though cause he doesn't know when its coming out either.wes_arm_up.jpgput your hand up if you wanna partyThe Fitz Pub which use to be BBK's is located up by the Chateau whistler so there' always a bunch of uptight tourists to piss off as you stumble out of the tiny pub for a smoke and a joke. The night has become so popular that it almost imploded on it self two weeks ago when the room got so packed you couldn't even move. The next thing you know you'd been pushed around so much that you were standing next to Wes bumping his whiskey and kicking the cardboard box that his percussionist Mark Bannock uses as a make shift base drum. I'm serious, the box gets duct taped to the floor and fixed with a kick pedal. The only problem with the box is... well, its a cardboard box and i'll be interested to see how long it lasts as it serves as a drip catcher for the barrage of drinks that gets relayed between the two as they put the all-you-can-drink-for-the-band rule to the test.bannock-copy.jpgWhy are drummers always so agro? "The box" and the angriest photo you'll ever see of Mark bannock Wes Makepeace and Mark Bannock play every Friday night at the Fitz Pub in Whitsler at around 9 or 10pm. See you there...if you can get in.
