today!!: best and first night in whistler, the real peak of vancouver!

Wow first day at whistler rocked my socks! had the best day ever riding with Sayla, anick, trev, chuck, surrey, steph, robby, matt and swanson and myself of course, we went riding here at whis and had a gloreous time indeed!

Just rode whistler, btu all was good, until i got stuck in like a metre of pow pow on flat and had to walk through a million miles to get out ahha

it was only like 10 metres but man it a long way when your walking in powder coz it also counts for whenever your step through the snow and you sink down a hundredmetres! then you add onto the metres you walk, undersand!

well yea theres some phycology or some crap like that.

man i sucked at that at school, i failed math, woohoooooo rockin and shockin baby!

anways tongith i crotcheted (pernounced crow-sh-ayed) a whole touque for myself, and matt, swiss chris and mike were actually hammered and me being the responsible one and only haveing like a a cupla...i watche dthe whole gong show takeplace right here in matts kitchen in the house, in my mind sets in the mid part of whistler/black comb canada, one of the world most gloreous mountain ranges....woa i sound liek teh whistler comercial on teh tele! har har hilarious show that one is...

wel it was just a bunch of random weird picture sof weird things, took lotsa photos! oooh so manymuahhahaa...gotta send them to something and get a prize...oh so priceless...

wellmatt got up and did his thing i st downa nd started to type,he is now back in teh same placeafter scurrying around the house and onto several different baeds he found his spot right back where it all started.

News and stuff: Yeah! We done son contest.....

Yeah! We done son contest....

We just finished up our 07/08 "10 year anniversary catalog" and wow, what a blast that was.... Anyway, you may be lucky enough to find one floating around shops by the end of the month. If you can get your hands on a copy you can expect to get a taste of the 10 years worth of I.S. Junk I've saved up over the years taped, stapled and nailed to a wall in our warehouse then photographed by TWS senior photographer/Ninja Dice K for the intro pages of the catalog. Here's a little sneak preview with a shot of Steve, Kenta and myself messing around in front of the wall during one of the late nights of shooting.

Send in your best air time shot to win a medium Two Deadly tour shirt. Sorry this contest is only for skinny kids and bangers. Don't worry, we'll have another soon. My goal for 2007 is one contest a month but I've been a little forgetful so keep on top of me.

My Journal: And to think I could have my nights off!!

My volleyball team won!!! they are now in Semi-finals on Tuesday! woohoo!! thing is they played like shi*t, and now that means I have to go to 2 more practices this week... as if i'm not busy enough!

Yesterday, left home at 7am... taught all day, coached volleyball after school, tutored, then went to the gym. It was 9.30 when I got home. Worked today and working tomorow too... 3 days straight is a long time for me! Exhausting, but keeping my mind off the lack of snow.

At this time last year I had already been boarding twice. Today, i was outside in a tshirt. At 6.30pm, i was in a hoodie... and was warm. Dammit global warming.

My Blog: One week left, Weekend at BIg White, NEw Tshirts

Wow! Can't believe there is only one week left of riding at Cypress Mountain. We have come to the end of a great season. To all the peeps that came up and chilled with us in the park, thanks alot and see you next winter. It was blast meeting all the new friends and "making good party". -I just got back from a weekend at BIg WHite. The snow was in good condition and the park looked sic. I even managed to find some fresh tracks. -Terrain Park Boyz tshirts are HERE! I have decided to offer up some tastey new T's to get you through the summer. No two are exactly alike and are available in limted quantities. Hoodies coming soon. Wear em at the beach, at the bar or where-ever you want. STay tuned for prices and order info.

This weekend – April 14th - 16th
Friday – Ride Day 46 – I will be heading up to Eagle Thursday night as I have job interviews most of the morning in Vail/Avon – hopefully be on the hill getting in a few turns in the afternoon.

Saturday – Ride Day 47 – Well, my little brothers are going to be in town so we should be shreading up Vail or BeaveCreek or Copper, not sure yet.

Sunday – Ride Day 48 – Same schedule as Saturday, but heading back to D town late night. Michelle get to fly to Tahoe for the entire Easter weekend to see her family – LUCKY!!! Anyone want to schedule a road trip to Tahoe with me before season ends?

Last weekend – Apr 7^th – 9^th
Friday – NO riding for me. Since most of my friends are LAME and bailed out on the night riding at Echo… I decided to take care of some things, and pack up the pup to head to the hillz a little early. Stopped in Dillon and Frisco to have a couple beers with the boys and Rebecca. Then off to Vail where I was too late for the G Love show L Oh well. Off to Avon’s to Loaded Joe’s – you can already tell the season is coming to a close up in the valley, as the crowds of normal regulars are starting to dwindle all over town.

Saturday – Ride Day 44 – ONLY IN COLORADO can you wake up, play soccer in the morning with you shirt off, then snowboard at lunch for a few hours in a tee shirt or sweat shirt at BeaverCreek, then walk up to the Beave’ pool, and drop trow and jump in and swim in the sun for 2 hours. GOD I LOVE THIS STATE!!! The snow right now is typical spring – icy corduroy in the morning, softening by 10:30, squishy slush by noon = great riding, then too heavy and slow by 2pm in the afternoon. The sun does some damage to the white wetness.
Sunday – Ride Day 45 – SOS staff appreciation ride day. We were at the Beave again with even HOTTER conditions. Good thing goggle tans are in here in CO. We mobbed over to the Keller Williams show at Copper later that afternoon to do some hippie counting. J Fun show, but lots of driving as we had to be back over in Avon to setup for the staff appreciation dinner. Talk about an exhausting weekend…. So much fun though. Did I forget to mention how absolutely amazing my girlfriend Michelle is?

FYI - Drew and I are planning on driving up to Echo mountain every Friday night at 5 or 6pm until close. Please let us know if you want to start car pooling with us on Friday nights – Drive time is about 35 minutes from my house, $15 lift tickets.
