be VERY VERY VERY wary of old drunk austrian hic farmers... be prepared to shovel sh*t, then eat it, say u like it, then accept minimum wage, pay expensive rent, and then give a smile, or u get fired!!!!!

also be VERY wary of germans from bremen with spiky hair, big magnified glasses and eyes that point outwards from each other! these sort will throw everything you own off a balcony for no reason...

Hey mate,
My girl and I are at Silver Star. Apparently worst start to a season in some time.
Riding has improved dramatically for us both in a very short time.
:D
If you ever want to ride another hill and up this way give us a yell, we have a fold out couch or a floor.

I got my ticket through my travel agent and she said that so long as you have proof of funds to get out they'll let you in. I don't know where Im going yet, whether im going home for a bit before back to Canada, (i have access to a $300 flight ex LA in October) or if Im going to travel to Chile or Peru for a bit.
 
Just make sure you've got enough cashola in your account to prove to them you're good to leave. you can do that with a bank statement when you arrive methinks.

wow! jag tycker du är jätteduktig på svenska för att bara ha varit här i tre månader... ja, jag kommer ifrån göteborg så då vet du vilken stad jag menar... :) vad gjorde du när du var här? jag planerar att lära mig surfing, har aldrig provat förut, men det är en STOR dröm! och som du säger jag ska vara i oz i fem månader, minst, så jag hoppas det blir tid till surfing, men även till att resa runt... första tiden tror jag att det blir sydney, har fått jobb där, men månaderna innan jag åker hem så lär jag resa runt en del...  men hur långt är det till perth, det är ju andra sidan landet! ha det så bra, hejdå!
