Hey to heat mold you liners at home:  First, get your boots set up with all your various inserts and etc in your boots. Second, use a hair blow dryer on med to high heat for 10 min in the boot.  Third, after ten mins. put your foot in without socks or with just a wicking liner but not your bulky sb sock; and then lace up and tighten.  Fourth, then just stand or sit for about 15-20 mins to let the liner cool and form; but don't walk or jump around in the boots while cooling.  The result is then a fairly snug heat moulded liner.  Then on riding day with ur sb socks on it will be snug but after a few runs the liner will slightly pack out to a nice comfy fit.
