So I went riding yesterday (dec 3) at horshoe! It was sick, but painfull. Last May i broke my leg playing rubgy, and its not 100% better yet. Right where I have my 12 cm plate in my leg hurts on my heel edge. It sucks, so if anyone has any tips? please let me know!

Heya Alyssa!  Long time no talk!  What you been up to?  I can't believe I missed you in Canada!  I was in Toronto for a few days (don't know where that is in relation to you) and then Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal.  Had an awesome time.  You have a beautiful country (amazing pow!) and all you Canadians are ridiculously friendly!  Currently planning my Aussie ski trip for July!
