Whistler in 12 days

With the shyte weather in the East... our Vermont trip has been cancelled.  However, we have replaced it with a tip to Whistler... with their 22 feet of snow.  Can't wait... first time out west.  First time on a BIG mountain. First time on a Glacier... I'm just hoping for some freshness...  This has definitely lightened my mood in recent weeks with all the warm weather and rain.  Local hills aka "hershey highways" are depressing the hell out of me.

Hey Al...Happy New Year!
Yeah it's pretty sad here...I haven't hit the local mountain yet...we've got 6 runs and 2 lifts open which isn't bad..the other mountains about 2 hrs driving have some really good conditions, but don't have the time to drive up there...too much going on unfortunately....
Anyway, have fun on your trip! I think the West is the place to go right now...I'm thinking of doing it...Tell me all about it, ok?

It goes well...Just waiting for the New Year...oh hope you had a good holiday....
And riding in Jersey is pretty good...I've been out about 4 times this season so far...But I should be out more...Actually heading up north to Tremblant, haven't been there yet....can't wait!

We are getting tons of rain today...And it's 60 degrees...Insanity....I am wondering what happened to Winter...It doesn't feel like we've had one at all...Maybe we'll be lucky and we'll get tons of snow when it's supposed to be Spring....

I'm keeping my fingers crossed myself for Tremblant..It's next week...Can't wait....

Back from Tremblant! I had a blast! Conditions were super, unfortunately the trails were long I had to stop more than a few times the first run because of my knee. But made the most of it...
