the season for me ended 2 weeks ago. we still had a 2metre base but they closed the lifts to prepare for the new 6seater xpress chair (this is huge for a NZ resort)
since i moved home i have entered a state of post-season depression. i thought it would wear off within the first few days but 12 days and still counting. all i do is sit around the house all day watching snow videos (which doesnt help much) and i cant go anywhere cuz i have no petrol cuz i have no job. i dont start work for 2 more weeks and i dont wanna ask the parents for money becasue i still owe them 450 from the last time i was unemployed.... im getting emails from all my friends saying "we've just arrived at whistler/mammoth/northstar/park city for the summer(winter) and im like 'i just arrived in maketu' (a dump of a town with no shops, nowhere decent to skate, no surf etc)
damn this place.
