Ok so last year at SIA06 everyone was trying to push the Quiver concept on me. Basically its a simple idea; have more than 1 board. 1 for powder 1 for jibbing 1 for trashing and 1 for fun. I guess its a good idea... but why not go to the extreme? Working in a shop doesn't help me, over the last 5 years i've built quite a QUIVER of boards...

Burton Custom 160 (Go Fast Board)
Burton Clash 157 (Rock Board)
Burton Baron 157 (2 foot core shot thats been re-laminated.. Trash board)
Burton Baron 157 (all around)
Rossignol Mini 121 (fun fun fun)
Burton Twin 154 (park)
Head Intelligence 157 (powder)

Maybe I went over board? but damn you should see the looks i get when i roll up with a Board Rack 7 deep in the bed of my truck.

It's that time of year again! Started putting up all the new Ramps and Rails in the back yard... just Itching for snow. I'll get some pictures up some time soon. It's gonna rule this year, as long as it actually snows. So far I've got the 20 foot Dual Rail the 14 Foot Kink Box and the TWO 14ft tall start ramps. Still got about 100ft of 2x4 and alot of ideas. Winter looks better already. People keep telling me I should charge people to use the Mini Park... but that involves Waivers and Insurance issues... Massachusetts Sucks like that.

*Keep Thinking Snow*

Remember how I said the Wintersteiger tech came to work. I shouldn't have said that, he came to the building, he hardly worked. Now I've got machines that are worse off than when he started. Its all So lovely. I know it's not his fault, he wasnt trained to fix this particular machine... But some one needs to be at fault and I'll be damned if his face doesn't fit so nicely on the back of my Urinal.

Summer Never Seems to End Does It?

The Winterstieger Tech showed up at work today to clean out the tuning machines. That means its almost time to start Tuning. I'm itching for winter, I've already got all this years inventory bought, my park layed out on paper for this year, and my snowboard videos up on the computer and ready to be edited. I can only hope for a winter better than last years.

Think Snow.
