Love is life...there is a million ways that those 3 words can be interpreted. To me love is something that keeps us going, makes us smile, and is one of the reasons we are here, to love. Not just to love people, or our partner or whoever your with, but to love life and everything you do in it! Love to snowboard, to be out on the slopes shredding with friends, making memories that will last a lifetime, love music, for its ability to change a person in a single word or note, love to grow, because NO ONE ever stops growing as a person! and most of all love change because its innevitable and if you cant learn to make the best of whatever the change is then you've stoped growing as a person! A person never truly can know who they are, because they are changing every day, but if you can love every chance you get, you can know something about yourself, that will leave a mark not only in you, but in the people that see it within you! This is how i go about every day of my life, live to help, help to love, love to live ... love is life!

So i was sitting on the chair lift at Fernie last weekend and on the chair ahead of me was this group of three snowboarders, my guess between the ages of 16-19. The chair was stopped momentarilly and beneath us these two beginner snowboarders were going and they both fell right under us. The boarders on the chair ahead of us starting laughing and yelling at them, as if they were king shi*t, so heres where i get to my point. People like that PISS ME OFF!! Just cause you know how to snowboard doesnt give you the right to sit there making fun of the people learning how! Everyone has to start off somewhere, the guys laughing were at one point those kids falling, and chances are they didnt have a bunch of punk ass bitches laughing at them. I lose respect for people when i see them doing something like that, specially when they are the kind of people who go out and buy the best equipment and outwear BEFORE they even know how to snowboard, then laugh at people who dont have brand name shi*t and are edging their way down the hill! Were there to have fun, ride, and just shred like never before, looks and having an attitude that i am better than you is NOT what snowboarding is about. So thats my rant to all everyone who thinks its okay to laugh rather than smile cause there are two more people who will soon be enjoying the sport we love so much! I'd rather be on a hill with a hundreds of people who dont know how to snowboard and are learning, then 10 shi*ts who think they are better than everyone cause they can do a 360! But thats just me.
