We want to apologize for the down time. We try to make sure that we are ready for these kind of problems to avoid downtime but sometimes it just can’t be avoided.
The network card in our main server failed, so this means that when you try to view the site, it doesn’t know what to show you. So we had to shut everything down and get our hosting company to replace the network card. Once the card was replaced we have had go in a rebuild everything. Not fun, trust me.
As our hosting company replaced our network card, they sent out a mass bulletin explaining that they are being attacked and using all their resources to prevent any damage. So of course this slowed down the repair for us and delayed the site getting back up and running.
This is what they explained was going on:
“This filter detects an attempt to post the contents of an external script to a PHP application. This behavior is typical of a PHP file include vulnerability attack. This attack allows an attacker to insert custom code into a variable that would be executed by all users of the vulnerable application. References: Examples of PHP file include attacks”
If you want to attack the hackers that tried to attack our hosting company, these are the IP’s:

212.203.76.10
216.118.97.248
212.116.174.9
