Why do accidents happen to good people? Or even good drivers? I find myself asking all these questions and “Why me? What did I do to deserve this?” I have never had a ticket or been involved in an accident before Wednesday January 12^th. My car is broken, I have agonizing back pain from a few pulled muscles, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of by some a**hole that is an insurance agent. It was my first accident, he knew it, and took full advantage of the situation. He convinced the cop it was my fault and I ran a red light, which I absolutely did not! The officer gave me $153 ticket based on hearsay! This is ridiculous! Ugh! Today I received a new bright red Honda Civic rental car. Shortly after picking up the car I went to a doctor to have my back injury examined. They gave me some pills, some stretching techniques, and then sent me on my way. I was also told that I couldn’t go on my snowboarding trip on Sunday and work out as well! What the hell! I can’t even enjoy my passion, let alone move! I know this is one of life’s many tests I will have to overcome over time. I am a very strong person who is determined to find the good in every situation no matter what and succeed in life! I may hurt right now, but it only makes me stronger and better off in the end!
